Oh Lord, I pray that there will be fruits of our salvation. That people will not just go to church on the weekends and then do their own things, but wake up to follow You. It is my sincere desire to see more people be saved. There is too much dead faith in this world and it breaks my heart to see this first hand. I do not wish to see more people die and go hell when they die, but that they would be heaven bound instead. It just seems that more and more people have already decided on the type of life they will live, and changing their minds can be nearly impossible. Well, that is if they are blocking You out of their lives. Yes, if there is any opening at all for You to pierce their hearts through the Holy Spirit, then we might very well see another person be saved. This is what I desire and pray, that You will help me bring some more people unto real faith in my city and state. But please don’t stop with me, but find others who are also living a life for You and also want to lead people around them to faith. There can be mini revivals that begin in our small towns and cities if we would just step out in faith for You. Lord, You are able to do much more than people give You credit. I am just glad that I and thousands of others are allowing You into our lives daily. Even every hour do we seek You through Bible readings, prayer time, worship, and doing what You say. We love You more than anything this world offers. Thank You for saving us. Your light now shines for all to see. We love You. Amen.
Prayers (12-2020)
Today’s Prayer (12/30/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that we will all be ready when we take our last breath. That if we say we believe in You, that we are also living our lives for You. As for me, my life is Yours, but pray that many other people will do this also. I know that in heaven there will be myriads of believers, but thousands times more people in the lake of fire. Who will be in heaven will be up to You, of course. I just pray that You are preparing a place not just for me, but for my family and others I love and care for deeply. I wish to see my mom, my dad, my brothers and sisters, my wife, my kids, my aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and even co-workers in heaven also. I just know that the majority of these people are doing their own things in life. They have what already brings them temporary joy, but have left out what is most important, which is You, Jesus. I anxiously pray for these people to repent, and to come out of their false beliefs. Their sins are holding them back from being saved. But their time is not yet up. So Lord, open their hearts to discussions about You, Jesus. Open their hearts to talk to me and other good Christians in the faith. I have found the cure to the worst disease ever, which is You, Lord. Why can’t people see this? Open their eyes, God. May they also allow You to come and rescue them. Only You can place us on the path of righteousness, of which leads to You in heaven. I believe in You. I love You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/29/2020)
Oh Lord, teach us to be humble. Help us to never lift up ourselves, but others instead of ourselves. You deserve the highest honor, but we also need to lift up people who are left in the dark when credit is due. Lord, in those times that we want to say something great about ourselves, give us different words to speak. Lower our pride, that You may do greater things in our lives. So often do we wish to receive glory for things we do, but that is so wrong. Only You deserve the glory. We are also so wrong when we desire more subscribers and followers on social media sites, that we may become more popular. I know that I have been caught up in this for many years, but I am so happy that You have changed me. Because You have given me eyes to see, I can now see the fallacy in all this. It is now my heart’s desire to only want more subscribers on my website and social media sites, in order to spread the gospel to more people and nations. To not have people look to me in faith, but to fully point them to You. Who am I to do anything good on my own term? For everything that is good comes from Your hand alone. I give You the glory and praise. If anyone is following me in any way, I pray that they will stop. Please do not, I say, for Jesus is the answer and not me or other people. We fall short so often, but You never fail us. I believe in You, Jesus. I trust in You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/28/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that people will be rescued from their porn addiction. This is the number one searched for thing on the internet and it is so disgusting and wrong. It is hard to believe that people would allow this filth into their lives and not feel overly guilty about it. Yes, God, I pray that people will fully repent of these awful and wicked deeds. That they will see all the nudity as degrading people, of which only the enemy wishes we would do. Surely, so many people are under the grips of Satan and don’t even realize it. They do not realize that come death they will be found guilty because of their porn addiction, no matter if they said they believed in You. For we know that we cannot have the world and You also. We cannot ride our sinful ways and also feel like we are right in Your sight. Lord, I pray that people will wake up to their sins, even today. That they will see what they have been doing as very sinful in Your sight. Yes, God, I pray that people will be burdened because of it, that this guilt will lead them to You in prayer. Satan wishes that they justify their actions, but if they would just give into Your power in their lives, they would know how far they have strayed. I have seen this with my nieces and nephews in my family and it really makes me sad. Surely, they have chosen a path that leads to destruction. So, Lord, I pray that more people will humble themselves in all their confessions. Only then can they be set free and put on Your path of righteousness. I believe in You, God. I love You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/27/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that more and more people in the faith will humble themselves, in order for You to do a mighty work in their lives. We know that only You can give us new life and life abundant. Nothing we can do on our own accord will ever lead us to heaven. Therefore, we need You every hour of every day. Even every minute do we seek You. We do not wish to take any part of this life for granted but allow You to be in full control of our lives. So often does the devil try to take me down, but You are much greater than all of his evil schemes. I love it when You come before me when His fiery darts are coming at me. I am not taken down because of sin, but are made even stronger because of Your power and might in me. I am so grateful that You have taken a wretch like me and was able to conform me into Your perfect will. If You had not had hope in me, then I would not have done all the marvelous things You have done by my hands. Yes, God, it is the life You have given me that has become my greatest joy. I thought I knew what joy was like in the past, but I was so wrong. Thank You, God, that I gave up that life, in order to serve You. Now Your light rests upon me for all to see. Praise God. It is my prayer that the Holy Spirit will be ever with me and other people in the faith. Shine Your light upon every person who is willing to allow You to give them new life also. This I pray that many people will surrender their lives to You. I love You, Jesus. You are my God and I worship You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/26/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that we will all make a choice to follow You. That it will not be for a time in our life, but every day that we live. And if people have strayed from the path, I pray for their safe return. That people will acknowledge their sins and come running back to You for forgiveness. You so desire to raise us up unto eternal life come death and judgment, but can only this if we allow You into our lives. There must no longer be people straddling the fence and be outside looking in, but be all-in for Your kingdom. We either have Your light shining brightly or are doing what our flesh desires instead. And Lord, I know what this world offers and it is not worth it. I would rather be in Your right standing than to fulfill any ounce of pleasure from the world. Falling into temptations that the flesh enjoys at the moment is not worth the guilt and shame that comes afterward. And what is worse are people who let You go for a time and did not come back to You before their time of death. This brings me to tears. They had You in their lives for a time and something or another took Your love away from them. But will it be worth it after the judgment sentence is set upon them? Absolutely not. Forever will they be wishing for a redo on life. If they could just go back and make that change when they had time. All these thoughts will continue to be with them as they are in the lake of fire, forever bringing them to tears and regret. I am in tears just thinking of their loss. I just pray that my family members and dear friends will make a choice today to follow You, Jesus. And not just today, but until the end of time. As for me, I will follow You now and forever. I love You, Jesus. You are the greatest joy in my life. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/25/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that You will come and open the eyes of every person who says they believe in You. Help them know that salvation can only come through You, Jesus, and not through anyone else. Too many people are already led astray into thinking that Mary is their mediator between man and God, which we know is false. Surely, as the Bible says, You, Jesus are the only mediator between us and the Father. Thinking that Mary can do anything for us is a fallacy, which needs to stop. And I have also heard of the Mormons teaching that Joseph Smith will be the one who allows people into heaven when they die. That only if they know their new name, and certain handshakes, will He allow them to enter the highest heaven. This is also a lie from the pit of hell, but it is so difficult to reach people who are already deceived into believing this lie and the lies of Mary. It is my wish that people would read the Bible for themselves and begin to pray often in sincere prayer unto You. Then, in their humility would they know and understand the evils of this world, including many so-called churches in our society. What a wonderful thing it would be to see people who are being led astray by false teachers, pastors, bishops, priests, prophets, and popes, to come out of their false religion once and for all. We know that only You, Jesus, can satisfy our souls in this life and the next. And we also know that believing in salvation outside of You is false. These lies need to be squashed and put to rest, lest millions of more people are led astray and go to hell when they die. I trust in You alone, Jesus. I love You, God. Thank You for Your mercy and grace. Lead me now and forever. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/24/2020)
Lord Jesus, we come before You this day in anthems of praise. Our hearts are filled with unspeakable joy, for You are with us now. Thank You, Lord, for coming into this world, even in all Your humility and grace. We cannot find anyone as humble as You are God. You are the greatest example of how we ought to live our lives. And we give You thanks and honor for giving us a way to live differently among all the chaos in this world. There is so much darkness, but Your light is able to come and scatter the darkness. Wow! You are so good to us. There is no way that Satan can take a hold of our lives again because You are our shepherd now. Even when You call us do we answer. For we can hear Your voice among all the evil chatter in this world, and will always coming running to You. You are greater than anything else we need in this life. Only You can satisfy our souls, both spiritually and physically. For all good things come from Your hand and we give You glory and praise for those things in our lives. And if we have much, we have much to give also. You are the one that makes us generous and kind people. All the selfishness goes out the window when Your love takes hold of our lives. I honor You this day and forever. I am so looking for Your return. May I be among Your elect when that day comes. I am forever Yours, my Lord, my God, and my King. I worship You. I love You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/23/2020)
Oh Lord, I glorify Your Name and love to think upon You. Thank You for Your birth and Your death on the cross. Because You came into the world, there is light and light abundant. Because You died for our sins on the cross, there is forgiveness and mercy. Yes, God, You brought into this world grace, which we are so grateful for. Thank You for saving a wretch like me, God. I would not be delivered from all my sins if You had not done paid the price for me. For this reason, I give You thanks and glorify You, God, in heaven. You deserve the glory for everything good that happens in my life. Even the hard and trying things that happen to me and my family, I give You thanks still. In these difficult times, there is a peace that is beyond understanding. I may not able to overcome the trials I face on my own, but You make it so much more bearable and often give me ways out. It sure is wonderful to have You in my life. All my burdens are made light. You take all my tears and wipe them away. Even patience do You give that I so much needed. I may have been burdened in my sorrows, but all this is in the past when Your love comes over me. I surely don’t deserve what You do for me, but I am sure grateful that You do care for me. Who am I when it comes to the millions of people on earth? This I ask, but still, my meager life is vital in Your plan of salvation. You love me the same way as anyone else. Thank You, Lord. Your love is what has changed my life. I love You so much. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/22/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that people will be drawn to know You like I and millions of others have. It is a blessing to be safe in Your arms and not to have to worry about the enemy having His way in my life. You are the light that guides me and I give You praise and honor, this day and forever. Nothing else can satisfy my soul like You have and will continue to do so. I wish I could see You in person and spend my time with You forevermore, but I know that this time will come soon enough. I just pray that I will be found waiting on You and doing what You say when You do come. I am Yours and I pray that you will continually know this through my everyday actions. You are my Shepherd, Jesus. Wherever You will call me to, I will go. I will follow You. There is nothing else I’d rather do than to be led by Your hand. Thank You for rescuing me. You have made known Your kindness and grace upon me and I am so grateful. Only You could look past my sins and see the potential that was left in my life. I knew that I could not do much to come out of the darkness I was in, but knew that You could help me. And I am grateful that You did hear my prayers. In my tears did You come and bring peace to my soul. I was hungry and thirsty for something greater in this life and You delivered. It is awesome to know that I do not have to worry about constant guilt or shame anymore, for with You in my life I am stronger to resist temptation. Your mercy does endure forever. Thank You, Jesus. I love You much. Until we talk again. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/21/2020)
Lord Jesus, we come before You this day in honor and praise. We would not be where we are today if You had not come into our lives. Thank You, God. We extol You. You deserve the glory! There is nothing we deserve for what we do, but only You, Lord. We give You the glory and the praise. Don’t allow us to fall victim to Satan, but keep us in Your abundant and marvelous light. We don’t wish to sin against You any longer, but to have You keep us secure on Your holy and upright path. And even now do we say to You, “have Your way in our lives. Be it unto us according to Your will.” We are stronger with You in our lives but are so weak when we neglect to seek Your hand. However, we no longer wish to sin against You, God. Take us up in Your arms and never let us escape You again. Cast out every wicked thing in our lives that still remains. Break those barriers of unforgiveness and guilt and shame. If you have forgiven us, help us also to forgive ourselves and others. We know how grateful we are to have Your mercy in our lives and we ask that Your mercy will flow deep in our lives and into other people’s lives also. And help us to continue to remember You at all times and in all places. This way You can be near to us, and we can walk faithfully in Your sight. It doesn’t matter what the world thinks. We love You, God, and are not ashamed to tell others about You, also, no matter the consequences. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/20/2020)
Oh Lord, I am honored to be here with You this day. Thank You for allowing me in Your presence, in order to thank You personally for Your glorious birth. Yes, Jesus, I thank You, God, for coming down to save us from our sins. I wish I was around that time of year on earth, for it would have been a big blessing to see You while You were born or serving on earth. I can just imagine what I would do if I would have seen You in person. Would You have called my name out of the thousands of people You passed by? I would hope so, and even if You didn’t, I would still run up to You, Lord. And after coming up to You, I would not be able to stop myself from crying, falling to my knees, and worshipping You, Jesus. Maybe this will be what it will be like after I die and I can finally see You in person. These many years have I been longing to have a glimpse of what it would be like to have You in my presence physically. Where I could know that You were right by my side. I know that You can show Yourself to me in dreams and visions, but how awesome would it be if You came to me while I was wide awake also. Oh, how I can wish! You are what I need, God. Without You I am nothing, but with You I am everything. Therefore, will I prepare each day to meet You. Not doing what I think is right, but what You would will me to do in this life. I pray that my life speaks volumes of my love and devotion to You, my King. I truly do love You. Even more than You will ever know. I adore You, Jesus. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/19/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that there will be more purity, righteousness, and holiness in my life. Keep me upright and on Your path that leads to heaven. I don’t wish to have any worldly standards in my life, but only the standards that You set before me. Give me over to morals that are high because Your armor is in my life. God, I do not wish to be brought down because of temptation. Just because my flesh thinks it is pleasurable, I know that falling into sin is not worth it. It is true that sin does stink and causes us to stumble in this life. It causes us to be guilty and shameful before people, including You. We are brought far from people we love, and even You. This is the goal of the enemy and He has so many people in His clutches now. He had me as well for many years until You came and rescued me, Jesus. There was nothing different about my life from others, but You changed everything. I don’t have to worry about becoming life the wicked, for You have made me different. What a wonderful day it was when You began to move in my life. It was when I was humbled, in order to be baptized, and then receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. And what a day that was, for You poured into me like a fire from heaven. It filled my soul in a way that I had to tell everybody about You, Jesus. And it is still my prayer that people will wake up to their sins and give their lives over to You completely. Only then can You bring purity, holiness, and righteousness in their lives. A clear conscience, being worthy in Your sight. Thank You for doing this for me and others in the faith. I love You, Lord. I give You praise. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/18/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that we will all come to a greater realization of Your divinity. Yes, God, I pray that people will come to know You the way You always desired for us to know You. That You, Jesus, are God, who was made flesh. How You came down to save us all from our sins. But not just this. You came to teach us how to live a life pleasing in Your sight. Even teachings that would lead us on the path to eternal life. But how can people know the way unless they are reading the Bible? The answer is that they cannot. If people just trust in their pastors and teachers and not get into Your Word for themselves, they will never know what it truly for or against You. I love how You have spoken to me. I may have resisted for some time, but I am so grateful that I began to follow You after all was set and done. You could have given up on me a long time ago, but Your hands of mercy were ever towards me. I may have left You, but You never left my side. Thank You for drawing me to You day in and day out. Just like the prodigal son, You stood there waiting for His return and have done the same for me. What a great God You are. Because of Your mercy, my eyes have been opened. I have ears to hear and eyes to see what You would do for my life. Thank You, God. Continue to lead me from temptation and build me up in Your amour. I need Your guidance and direction to be happy. I love You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/17/2020)
Thank You Jesus for coming into this world. Yes, Thank You, God, for coming down, in order to deliver us from sin and death. You have the power to forgive us our sins and I am so grateful that You have done just that for me. Your atonement on the cross was for the sins of this world and I wish that people would understand this fact. That nothing can hold us back from following You now. There is nothing we have done that is too grievous that You cannot forgive. I know this for a fact, for I was a very wretched and sinful man before I found You. I was so caught up in pornography and even adultery while in my early years being married. This addiction and evil lifestyle almost destroyed my life, my marriage, my relationship with my children, and relations with brothers, sisters, and parents. I thought I had the good things in this life, but I was so wrong and foolish. I thought I could get away with having pleasure in the moment and not have to get caught in doing so, but You always knew! It was just a matter of time that You would inform my wife of what I had done. And this fateful day did come. I had nowhere to hide anymore. Everything was now out in the open. I could either confess my sins or try to justify my actions. And thankfully, You gave me over to confess my sins to my wife, my children, and the rest of my family members. Even to You did I cry out for mercy, and thankfully You forgave me. Lord, I would not be where I am today if You had not had compassion upon my lost soul back in that time. Thank You. I love You, Jesus. I give You my life to serve You, my King. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/16/2020)
Lord God, I lift You up in praise! You deserve the glory and all the honor. I am only Your willing servant and I thank You for this day and forever. I ask that You lead me to the lost. Even people who don’t know You now but are ready to receive You. The people of whom You have prepared from the foundation of the world, but have not yet encountered a good Christian to talk to yet. A person of whom they can confide in for answers, of which You are able to speak through us and into their lives. Lord, we need more people who are not afraid of what the world thinks about us. People who will proclaim the name of Jesus no matter what the cost. All I know, God, is that when I preach the good news of the gospel I am very happy. Even the times I can pray for a person who is in need, my soul is lifted up in gladness. I love it when people’s hearts are turned to You. Evangelism has not been easy over these years, for many people have come and persecuted me and others. Even to the point of being beat up, has this happened to me, but I am still not afraid. It is You, God, that gives me the boldness to speak out. Your confidence is in me now, and I will continue to rise up and tell people about You, that more people will be saved. Lord, the harvest is ripe, but only a few laborers are found. So please send them out in my area and in all the world. We need to reach these people before it is too late. I love You, Jesus. I give You praise and great glory. You are my King and I worship You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/15/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that people will come to know You the way it was meant for them too. You so long to open our eyes and ears to things that are heavenly, and I pray that people will be humble enough to receive You. How can people proclaim to know You and still live in the filth of this world? The faith that is found in too many people is dead and needs to be lit up, lest I fear that their souls are at stake of going to hell when they die. You know who will be found worthy to enter the kingdom of heaven, come judgment day, and I pray that people will repent before it is too late. There is still time for them. Oh, how I love Your ways. I adore You, God. Thank You for giving me an ear to hear You and eyes to see Your mysteries. In Your presence have I found joy that cannot be found anywhere else. I am so grateful, God. It would be amazing to show people a glimpse of what I have in You, but I know that it is impossible unless they are ready to receive. For this reason, will I continue to be Your witness and be led to talk to the very elect. Yes, God, lead me to people who are ready to follow You. I believe in You, Jesus. I honor and praise You. I love You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/14/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that people will come to know You the way that You always wanted. That people will not just say they believe in You but make You the highest priority of their lives. You do desire to do a mighty work in each of our lives, but only a few people allow this to happen. And I just ask these people, why have they resisted to hear Your voice and follow You. Each waking hour of our lives You are calling us to You, but people’s ears are closed off. They can’t see the worth of doing Your will when the flesh is being pleased in the moment. If people could just be given a vision of their judgment day, then all things would make sense to them. People would no longer delay the day of their repentance or straddle the fence. Too many people have one foot in the world and another in Your kingdom. And where are their priorities? Do they come home from school or work and get out their Bible to read it? Do they begin to pray and bless You for another day? If they did, then life would be much different in the world we live in. There would be a lot less sin and people going down because of temptation. Surely, the devil cannot hold a candle to your power in us, but this candle is only lit in certain individuals. Will people allow You to light there’s? This is what I am hoping and praying for. As for me, my life is Yours. Whatever You desire for me to do, I will go and do. I am Yours. I love You, Jesus. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/13/2020)
Lord God, I give You glory and praise. You are worthy of our praise and deserve it also. I honor You this day and forever. Keep me upright and in Your service. Only through Your hand can I overcome the temptations in the world and come out victorious. So continue to build me up daily in Your love. Help me to learn how to forgive others the same way You forgive me. Help me to find the good things in others and lift them up, instead of tearing them down. You have seen the potential in me and continue to lift me up daily, even when I don’t deserve it. Yes, God, help me to love my neighbor as myself and also my enemies, as You have called me to do. This is part of the two greatest commandments which You have given us. First to love You with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and then to love my neighbor as myself. In keeping these commandments is my love truly on display for You, whom I adore. Otherwise, I am only paying lip service unto You, where my heart is really against You in my sins. Oh, how the sins of this world appear to be so good on the outside but are so filthy on the inside. Once Satan has a hold of my life, in the trickery of these fleshly pleasures, am I unable to come out of His traps. This is until I pray and call upon Your Name. Then, You are worthy to save me, even again, and again. Wow! You are such a good God. Even now, do I no longer wish to willfully sin, but to live this life fully surrendered to You, Jesus. I love You more than anything else. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/12/2020)
Oh Lord, I give You glory and praise. Thank You, Jesus, for coming into the world and for bearing my sins on the cross. You bled and died that I might be forgiven. You are the Christ, who was predicted of for centuries. If people had just read more in-depth of what was spoken of You in times past, then the Jews would have known for a surety that You were the true Messiah. Even God, who was made flesh. But it was necessary for You to be betrayed by Your people that You could finish what came to do. Yes, God, You came and lived a sinless life, but willingly died for the sins of the world. There is cleansing and freedom because of Your blood that shed. Thank You, Lord. I am so grateful to know You now and to be on Your righteous path. Only You could see me for who I could be and give me a new chance at life. I was dead in my sins, but You resurrected my soul. I had no chance of escaping the grips of Satan, but You came and gave me the strength to overcome temptation. Wow! I am so blessed. Lord, keep me from falling. Carry me onward, that I might never leave You again. I am Yours forever. Your commandments are delightful in my sight. I love to obey them, for it honors You, my King. I give You glory and praise, for You deserve it. I am honored just to pray and to talk to You now. Hear my cries and give me wisdom. I need your guidance and direction to find my way throughout this life. You the light that shines in the darkness, so light up my path for all to see. I love You, Lord. I lift You up and glorify Your Name. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/11/2020)
Oh Lord, our God, I believe in You. I am so grateful to have You in my life. You are my Savior and have saved me from all my sins. Thank You, Jesus. You are my Redeemer, for only You could have paid the price for all mankind and become the last sacrifice for sin. Thank You for dying for our sins. This is one punishment that only You could fulfill. What a great God You are. I wish I could run into Your arms and be with You forever. But I will have to wait until this life is set and done. Until then, will I continue to call upon Your Name. I need Your presence in order to find fulfillment in this life. For my joy does not come from earthly things, but heavenly things alone. Because You are near me I am fulfilled. There is nothing else I need to be happy. Even does Your Spirit draw me closer to my family and my friends. You have come and lighted up my life for all to see. You are so good. I love You! Have my heart and do what You please. Take me places I have never gone before. Keep me from falling and lead me far from temptation. Keep me safe from the enemy. I am stronger because You have built up my faith. Lord, I love Your Words in the Bible. They are the roadmap to my life. And the Holy Spirit is my compass. What a great companion the Bible and the Spirit is. I can walk and not be weary. And only You could do this for a wretch like me. I had nothing going for me, but You came and changed everything. I want to say thank You for forgiving me and for showing Your kindness towards me. I owe everything I am now to You. I worship You, my King. I adore You, God. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/10/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that we will all draw near unto You as You draw near unto us. You are so good to us God and we have so much to give thanks for. Thank You for coming into our lives. We are so much better off than the sinful life we once lived before You. What I once had does not hold a candle to what You have done in my life and others around me. Thank You for shining Your light in my life, while scattering the darkness therein. I am changed because of Your great love for me. I love You, Jesus. You complete me, God. I am one and this brings me happiness. I am able to do greater things because You are with me now. You are my deliverer, for You have set me free from the captives. Satan’s power no longer has control over me. Thank You! He has no more free access to my life, for I am built up in Your armor. Wow! What a great God I have found in You. And You are different than all the other false gods, for You are alive. As You have declared, You are the first and the last. You died on the cross for the sins of the world but rose the third day. If we would just look to You in faith, in this short time in life, our crown of glory would be available in heaven. I am so grateful that You have called me out of the billions of people on this earth to repentance. Because you convicted me of my sins, I am cleansed by Your blood. Truly, You are the lamb of God, who came to set the captives free. You have given us the greatest gift of all, which is salvation through forgiveness and mercy for our souls. I give You glory and praise. What I have is in You. Use me for Your kingdom. I will go where You call me. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/09/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that we will stop believing everything we hear from people, but put those words to test in the Bible. Many people do not wish for us to believe that You are God, Jesus, and I know that Your Word speaks out against them. These people want others to believe that You never said that You were God, but I wonder how many times they actually read and studied the Bible for themselves. If they had, then they would find out that in many verses in the New Testament You actually do say You are God. It is actually remarkable the number of times You said this, and still people doubt this fact. Therefore, I will do all that I can to help people come to know the one true God. You are the Alpha and Omega, the first and the last. You said this in times past and now, Jesus, You have confirmed this important fact for all to see and know. You are the same God that the Israelites believed in, and are here for us still. You have not left us comfortless, for You have left behind the Holy Spirit to dwell within us. Even the Spirit of truth that allows Your presence to dwell with us always. Thank You, Jesus. I believe in You. I trust in You. I know that You are the Christ, which is our promised Messiah. You came to save us all from our sins and I am so grateful. I give You glory, God. From this day and forever do I praise Your holy Name. You the Son of Man and the giver and remover of life. You hold the keys to life and death. I just pray that one day I will be called up to live with You forever. I love You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/08/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that children in the faith will learn to honor both of their parents. That even when one parent seems to be more strict than the other, that they will love them both the same. Sometimes one parent is further alone in the faith and can see the pitfalls before their child sees things. And when confronting that child with what they are watching on their devices or games they are playing, they need to know that we have their best interests at heart. We are not judging them, but trying as hard as we can to lead them in the right way that leads to You, Jesus. I know it isn’t easy, especially when we feel like we have found our right footing in Your kingdom and now new and different rules have to be set forth for our children. We are made different, because the Holy Spirit is with us, and we pray that our children will follow suit. But this cannot happen if we continue to sit idly by while they continue to watch the same things on their devices. They cannot continue to watch the same shows and movies on TV. They cannot continue to play the same types of video games. If these things do not honor You, then they need to stop. And Lord, help me as a parent to reach my children. May these rules not come with push back and rudeness. And help my wife to confide me in what I am trying to do for my children for Your sake. I only desire for them to live for You and not the world. It is my desire to see my children come to know You and be saved, but I know this can’t happen if I let them live like the world does. I just pray that they will continue to honor me in this. The same with my wife also. I love You, God. May Your love reside in this house and keep us from falling. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/07/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that this country and others will wake up to their sins. That people will begin to see that atrocity and murderous acts in abortion. But this can only happen if people would somehow give ear to You. There would need to be an awakening in their souls like never before. So God, I know that You can do all things. Even if a small percentage of these people could change their minds, then the government and states would have the number of votes necessary to overturn Roe vs Wade. All it takes is a few good people who are not afraid to say what is on their hearts for You, that good things can start happening in a big way in this nation and others. But when people remain quiet on these important and controversial issues, the world continues status quo. So awaken people to repentance. May these people cry out to You in all their confessions. And before this happens, lead them to street preachers who are unashamed of the gospel, to a church who the pastor is unashamed of the gospel, and to Christians who are unashamed of the gospel. Give them visions, dreams, and knowledge that will give them over to seek You, God, with their whole hearts. There can be a turning away from sin in a big way, but people must listen to what You have to say to them. It only takes a little while for people to get the message You want to share with them through people and in these dreams and visions, but they must humble themselves to learn. They must give in to the Holy Spirit for those few minutes, that You might rescue them. Abortion can be ended, but we need people to rise up against it. Give us the boldness to do so. I believe in You. I love You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/06/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that we will stay firm in the faith, as Christians. That we will not allow the signs of Your coming to deter us in to going after dark and devilish paths. The world is full of idolatry, covetousness, fornication, adultery, murder, and homosexuality, and doing things what makes our flesh feel gratified. Because the flesh is fulfilled in different moments of our lives, they feel that they can be happy in such things. Even has porn popped up like a wildfire on the internet and caused many people to go astray. Therefore, vengeance is being poured out upon this earth by way of the coronavirus. The sins of the people in our day must have caused the wrath to fall down from the heavens. And I know that the people on this earth deserve everything that is coming to them. Even for making a mockery of You in the LGBTQ movement and in the mass murders of abortion. I can’t even imagine how You are feeling about these wicked and perverse things. Surely, many people are in for it come judgment day. These people ought to fear You and not the world. You have the power to give and take away life, and it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of a living God. So Lord, may Your people not fear what is happening on the earth today and in the future. We are seeing exactly what You spoke in scripture that would occur in the last of days, and know that tribulation is at hand. But God, we run to You for safety. You are Your people and experience Your peace, patience, forgiveness, and love, that never ends. I believe in You. I trust in You, God. I love You, Lord. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/05/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that people will remember why we celebrate Christmas. And that is because of You, Jesus, and Your majestic birth. Our sins are forgiven because of Your ultimate sacrifice for sins on the cross. Thank You, Jesus. Thank You, Lord. I just pray that in every Christian family that we are not focused on anything else but You, Jesus. This is a special time for us to remember Your birth, and I pray that we will not give in to the world’s standards. Santa Clause is all the rage during this holiday season. There are many movies and TV shows about Santa and his reindeer. Even do children sit on a person’s lap who calls himself Santa at malls and other places. Where many people also put a figurine of Santa on their tree and blown up figures outside their houses. Wow! What a mockery to You, God. How can people lie to their children, and have them believe in a made-up person, which is a false god? This false god has been created to do things like you do, which is to know when we are good or bad, to receive our letters, and to bring us gifts. Wow, oh wow, how can people believe in this trash? All this is, are people trying to replace You with a figure that isn’t even real. For only You can see our every action, hear our prayers, and give us good gifts. There is no substitute for what You can do for us, but again, the media is always trying to remove You and replace You with other things. So, Lord, I pray that people will see how wrong this really is and no longer allow their children to see Santa. That they will no longer play shows with Santa in them. And that if we have a tree, that it is filled up with things that honor You alone. For God, we worship You and not the idols of this world. We love You and honor You, this day and forever. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/04/2020)
Oh Lord, I love the plans You have for my life. It is amazing what You have done and still do through me. Thank You for using me for Your kingdom. And, God, It is wonderful to know that many other people are allowing You to lead them also. I may only know a few of these people in person, but that number has expanded in the hundreds over Facebook, which I am so grateful for. Surely, You have lit a fire in each of us, that Your light may shine forth. Even so vibrantly do we shine forth as we walk in the faith. Reaching the lost doesn’t have to be difficult, for when the Holy Spirit is in us, we can do all things. You are able to lead us to the exact person who has been praying or has been seeking answers. Then, when the words come out of our mouths it is able to pierce that person to the very core, for You are speaking through us unto them. Wow! I am so amazed at all the amazing things You are able to do through people who love and honor You with their whole hearts. Lord, I know what Paul said in 2 Timothy 4 in Your Word, and it was an instruction to the whole church. That we are all to be instant in season, ready to preach the gospel, to teach, to reprove, to rebuke, and to exhort any person You put on our path. This is the work of an evangelist, and I am grateful to be a worker in Your kingdom. This is not a burden, but a blessing in disguise to those who allow You to do a work in their lives. I love to talk to people about You, Jesus, and then pray with and over them. Many mighty miracles have come forth because of prayer, and I know that it was because of Your mighty hand. I believe in You, Jesus. I love You, Lord. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/03/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that people will see the unborn babies and know that You are the creator. And if You are creating these beautiful babies in the mother’s womb, may every doctor, nurse, and other types of workers in these clinics be convicted of their sins, that they may resign and quit today. That they may repent and find forgiveness for all these atrocious and murderous acts. Please also cause every woman who has allowed their baby/s to be murdered in abortion to repent and get right with today also. And I am not only talking about the woman, but any family member, boyfriend, or husband, who has encouraged them to commit this evil deed. Not one person is innocent here when it comes to abortion, and I pray that people will realize this important fact. Any person who had a part in these murderous affairs, including people who vote pro-abortion, is allowing the most precious and innocent blood from these babies to fall down upon their heads. Oh, how their blood cries out from the grave, and only You, Lord, can wipe away these pure baby’s tears. They longed to be loved by their mother and father on earth, but these plans were stopped before they even saw the light of day. God, these babies just wanted a chance at life, but cruel people took away this chance. What beautiful and amazing things could they have accomplished, if their rights were just given to them. This brings me to tears just thinking about what they could have done, but now it is taken away from them in death. So, God, convict people of their sins, that they may repent. Only You can still forgive them, that they might find mercy by Your hand. We just need more sincere people for this to happen. I trust in You, God. I believe in You. I love You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/02/2020)
Oh Lord, I pray that my mind and others will remain fixed upon You throughout the day. Help us to not give in to our fleshly desires, but to be more and more conformed by Your perfect will. I admit that today I was found thinking about things that I shouldn’t, and I am so sorry. To these evil thoughts, I ask that You will forgive me. Take every evil thought captive, oh Lord. Don’t allow me to be a victim of Satan’s evil plans. I do not wish to have Him take over my thoughts again but to have pure thoughts run constantly through my mind. I am without guilt and shame when I am here listening to You and not giving in to the flesh. But guilt and shame constantly build up when I fall into sin. Even does the devil want me to believe that there is no more forgiveness for me. That I have strayed too many times to be forgiven. Therefore, I ought to continue in what I am doing, for there is no more forgiveness for me anyway. Wow! I can’t believe I was once tricked into believing this. Even, for many years did I believe this when I was addicted to pornography. My life had no meaning then. I had no more motivation to carry on. This was until I finally cried out to You in all my confessions. You didn’t leave me comfortless but had mercy for my soul. Thank You, Jesus. It is my prayer that people will also cry out to You. May they no longer be tricked by the enemy, like I was, into thinking that they are too far gone from being saved. I rebuke Satan for these lies. I believe in You, Jesus. I love You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (12/01/2020)
Oh Lord, thank You for giving me wisdom this morning. I woke up and instantly my prayers from the day before was answered. I had asked that You would help me know how to fix the phone issues at the courthouse and sheriff’s office that I work for, and You came through in a big way. You told me exactly what needed to do, in order to fix the phones at the switch level, and I am so grateful. It was like I received a present from heaven the moment I awoke from my sleep. I was so excited and could not help but tell my life and my boss what happened. Thank You, Jesus. I give You glory and praise. I am so lost without You. Only You could come through like You did when I needed answers. You saw my heart and that it is for You. But God, only You could mend a person that was once so wretched into the person I am today. Thank You for hearing my cries that day and the days since. Lord, in my sins I knew that I was unworthy and needed help from above. Therefore, I needed You, Lord, a Savior. Someone who has already paid the price for my sins, that I might be redeemed and be washed through Your blood. Thank You for the cross. Thank You for dying, that I might be freed from my sins. I never could walk in Your commandments before, but Your light is before me now. You have made me different, a new creation, that I might walk out my faith. Thank You, God. I love You more than anything this world offers. You are my greatest helper. Again, thank You for coming through this day and all the other times in the past. I give You glory, my Lord, and my God. I love You. Amen.
