The Gospel Of Jesus Christ

The gospel of Jesus Christ is that “Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures.” “He was buried, and” “rose again the third day according to the scriptures.” This is the essential teaching of Jesus Christ, our Lord. It is vital to our salvation to understand the importance of the cross and resurrection. Jesus suffered for our sins, on the cross, that we might have mercy. Before He came to this earth, to redeem us from sin, there was a great chasm between us and God. We had no way to heaven. The cross is our bridge from death to life. Paul taught, “he that is dead is freed from sin.” We no longer are conformed to this world but to God. Jesus is our shield and we no longer desire to sin. “Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him.” Since Jesus rose from the dead, the third day, there is eternal life to all that have faith in Him. He conquered death and “death hath no more dominion over him.” “He died unto sin” so that we might live unto God. All those that believe in Jesus are made new. They are born again into His love. God’s reward, to all believers that walk in His ways, is salvation in the kingdom of heaven. There is no greater message than the gospel. To hear that there is freedom from sin is life changing. Jesus stepped in line, for us, to pay our debt and die for our sins. Repent, this day, and turn from your wickedness to Him. His gift of grace is free to all that receive Him.

It is a blessing to share the gospel message of Jesus Christ. Jesus did die for our sins on the cross. We can receive forgiveness if we confess our sins and humble ourselves before Him. He is alive and there is a way to heaven through Him. Today is the day for our salvation. Repentance is due at the feet of the cross. Come to Jesus in humility of heart. He is waiting to receive you. Though you are wicked He will make you clean. He will cleanse your heart and give you new life. He will take our brokenness and bring us into His love. Through His death, our sins are dead and we are raised up into newness of life. All unbelievers that die in their sins and are raised up before God in judgement. Their destination is hell for they didn’t believe and put their trust in Jesus. Their repentance was overdue and now they have to suffer for their own sins. This isn’t the way for a believer. All believers in Christ are made saints of the Most High. Their repentance is accepted before the King. In their walk with Christ they put on robes of righteousness. The holiness of God helps them walk with Him and not the world. They look to their time in heaven with Christ their King. Thank You Lord for Your gospel message. I was so wretched but You found me. You had compassion upon my soul. Though my sins were many they are white as snow. I was blind but I can see clearly now. My heart is made new because of Your love for me. I love You.

Romans 6:7-10 (KJV)
7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.

1 Corinthians 15:1-8 (KJV)
1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
5 And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
6 After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
7 After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.
8 And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.
