Today’s Prayer (04/30/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that people will begin to turn to You. Even those people that are currently exalted up in their pride, may they be humbled this day. These people need to know that we cannot just take and do what You have not supplied us. Instead, we are to wait upon You, God, in prayer, and then You will lead on a righteous path, which glorifies You and Your kingdom. We have so many people out in the world that have forged their way into the life they are living now. Even the jobs they have gotten and the marriages they are in are based on a lie. And what is sad is that there are pastors in churches who are really there for a paycheck and not for the welfare of Your flock. Surely, every pastor, teacher, evangelist, preacher, and Elder need to understand that we have a special duty to feed Your sheep and to not scatter them. We also cannot do anything if You are not with us. We can do things on our own for a time, but corruption will come into play over time, where people will no longer be following You, but their leaders instead. This is the corruption that I wish to get removed from every church and out of society in general. If people love and honor You, then I pray that they will display this in their everyday life. May more people walk in Your light and not after their own self-worth. We glorify You, oh Lord, in all things. If I have done anything special that gives people to talk about, it is because You have done it. I hope and pray that I have never exalted myself up in my evangelism or ministry efforts. If I have, then I am so sorry and repent. Continue to humble me as You humble every other person in Your church. Surely, I am only here to work in Your kingdom, in order to see more souls be saved and to see people in the faith draw nearer unto You daily. I love You, Lord. You are the rock upon which I stand. Amen.

1 Kings 1:28-30

1 Kings 1:28-30 (KJV)
28 Then king David answered and said, Call me Bathsheba. And she came into the king’s presence, and stood before the king.
29 And the king sware, and said, As the Lord liveth, that hath redeemed my soul out of all distress,
30 Even as I sware unto thee by the Lord God of Israel, saying, Assuredly Solomon thy son shall reign after me, and he shall sit upon my throne in my stead; even so will I certainly do this day.

Today’s Prayer (04/29/2020)

Oh God, thank You for sending me into the world, in order to preach the good news of the gospel. I know that there will be obstacles along the way, but I am ready to talk to anyone that has an ear to hear. Lord, I’ve encountered many people that only want to mock me in these efforts, but I know that You have called me to be a light unto the world, so I do this for You. It is my desire to see many more souls be saved, that they may not have to encounter Your wrath come judgment day. It is my desire to see more people wake up to their sins and then draw near unto You in their confessions. It is humility that You are seeking inside of each us, and that is who I wish to find for Your kingdom. It is Your love that has humbled myself down to becoming a bondservant for You on this earth. Of which I am happier than I have been. Surely, the wicked people of this world do not understand what they are missing out on. Can’t they see that we have peace that doesn’t end? That it is because of Your presence that we are happy. Your ways are good and faithful and all those that draw near unto You will become strong in the faith. No longer will they let their guard down and be just like anyone else in this world, but live out their whole lives for You. So God, call every person, even this very hour, that say they are Christian, and wake them up to their sins this day. If they desire to learn and grow in the faith in Church and worship You there, may they also learn to do this outside of those doors? It is our everyday walk that determines if we truly love You or not. Not what we do one day out of the week. As for me, my whole life is dedicated to serving You. I love You more than life itself. These things I pray and give You glory, this day and forever. Amen.

2 Chronicles 36:14-16

2 Chronicles 36:14-16 (KJV)
14 Moreover all the chief of the priests, and the people, transgressed very much after all the abominations of the heathen; and polluted the house of the Lord which he had hallowed in Jerusalem.
15 And the Lord God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, rising up betimes, and sending; because he had compassion on his people, and on his dwelling place:
16 But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the Lord arose against his people, till there was no remedy.

Today’s Prayer (04/28/2020)

Oh Lord, I am grateful to know You. Thank You for saving my soul from hell, that I might be with You forever in heaven. It is a joy to live my life for You now. I’ve experienced what the world says is good and have only found there to be guilt and shame along with it. But with You, there is a big difference. I am always left in awe of just being in Your presence. Your peace fills me in ways that I have never known before. And Your love inspires me to achieve things that I never thought was possible. Surely, Your strength is what carries onward in this life. I am not in fear because of trials I am facing, but I am at peace because You comfort me. You know my needs and are supply them at all times and in places. Sometimes it is through people and other times it is simply in prayer. All I know, God, is that Your works are what liven my soul. It is because of You, that I am set on fire for preaching and teaching the gospel to all the world. I never had such a desire before to be an evangelist for Your kingdom, but now it is here burning inside of my soul. It is my heartfelt desire to lead more people to know You and be saved before my last breath is taken. I know that I already have a place prepared for me in Your kingdom. You are my God and I will follow You till the end. Wherever You will lead me, I will go. So I am not fearful of my life when death is at my door. What I am saddened by is all the people that denied their chance to be saved and are now awaiting judgment in death. So Lord, help me reach people for Your kingdom. May more people give their lives over to You and also be saved from hell. I love You more than what this world offers me and I hope to see these lost souls be restored into Your love like I have been. I love You, Lord. You are my God, and I worship You. Amen.

John 11:25,26

John 11:25,26 (KJV)
25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

To Live And Die For God

I will live and die for the Lord. Jesus is why I have breath, so I live this life knowing that one day I will be with Him in heaven.

Today’s Prayer (04/27/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that people will begin to seek You in all that they do. Then, will their desire to read the Bible and to pray be increased. God, it is in these moments that You are able to open our eyes, ears, and hearts to know the truth. Even our soul is then more desirous to obey what You have said and no longer sin behind closed doors. It is because we are cut to the heart by what You have said, that it is now meaningful to us to the point of doing Your will and not our own. Thank You for Your instructions in life. Surely, the Bible is wisdom to our eyes and heart as we hear it and read it. Even when we study it out in our hearts and minds is when knowledge is gained like never before. I know this to be true, for You have changed me in every way of my life. I no longer wish to keep anything sinful in my life or my surroundings. This is when a cleansing is needed. I am so grateful that You were able to cleanse me of all my sins, because of Your blood that was shed. Because of this, I knew exactly what needed to go in the house and in my life. I may not have this knowledge on my own, but with Your presence, what is good and evil is made known so clearly. Even to the point of despising what is wicked and cling to what is righteous. Yes, God, what You offer me is what my heart longs for, not what the world says is good, which is really filthy on the inside. I no longer wish to be gratified because of what the flesh desires sinfully, but what You can do for me in Your holiness. It is purity that my flesh really needs, and when You cleanse people of all their sins, they will also see this to be true. I love your commands, for Your ways lead to eternal life. Keep me on Your path all my days. Amen.

2 Chronicles 34:31,32

2 Chronicles 34:31,32 (KJV)
31 And the king stood in his place, and made a covenant before the Lord, to walk after the Lord, and to keep his commandments, and his testimonies, and his statutes, with all his heart, and with all his soul, to perform the words of the covenant which are written in this book.
32 And he caused all that were present in Jerusalem and Benjamin to stand to it. And the inhabitants of Jerusalem did according to the covenant of God, the God of their fathers.

Today’s Prayer (04/26/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that people will never feel like they have sinned too much for You to forgive them. I know that I felt this way for many years of my life, while I was into pornography and it almost ruined me. I was a wreck and thought that You hated me. That there was no more love for a person such as I. My marriage was on the rocks and I could feel the hostility in the air whenever I walked into my home. I knew that these kinds of feelings were not good and it did not help my standing with you as well. But when all seemed lost, I came to you in all my brokenness and you healed me. You saw past all my sins and assured me that there was still mercy for a sinner like me. Wow, You are such a good God. There is no one like You. I just pray that people throughout the world will understand this fact. You are simply waiting for us to make a turn to follow You and then You will do the rest in our lives. We do not have to live our lives on our own and struggle in this fashion. Your peace is always there for us when we need it most. If we would just reach out our hand to You, You would always raise us up from death and unto life. Your guidance is the best I’ve ever seen and I am so much happier when I’ve listened to Your counsel than anyone else’s. Oh, how I love You, Lord. Thank You for the cross. Thank You for forgiving a wretch like me and then pointing me on the path of righteousness. I surely needed a do-over with my wife and my relationship with my kids, and all this came, the moment that You came into my life. It is awesome to believe that it started the day that I humbled myself and cried out to You in prayer. You are so good to me and always looking at my potential. Thank You. I love You, Lord. These things I pray in Your mighty Name, Jesus. Amen.

2 Chronicles 33:12,13

2 Chronicles 33:12,13 (KJV)
12 And when he was in affliction, he besought the Lord his God, and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers,
13 And prayed unto him: and he was intreated of him, and heard his supplication, and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the Lord he was God.

Humble Yourself And Come To God

If you are far from God, there is still hope for you. Simply humble yourself and pray to God, and He will come to your rescue.

Today’s Prayer (04/25/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that more people will confide in You in prayer and lean not unto their own understanding. Too many people get into trouble because of their reliance on what they think they know. Even the desires of the flesh come ahead of seeking You. I do not wish people’s lives to be wrecked because of the wicked choices they are making, but find the strength that comes from You in prayer. I wish more people would understand the need to really pray and not just recite something during lunch, dinner, and other times in the day. Our times with You are real and when people understand this fact, they will truly cry out to You. Even all their confessions will begin to come out, as their tears stream down their faces. Nothing would be held back, for You are the God of the heavens and nothing can compare to what You can offer us. Even our trials we are facing can all be turned right-side-up again, because You are so good and can do anything for us, because of our faith. So, God, I am grateful to have You in my life. I love the opportunities I have to pray. This is when I am more at peace than anytime else in the day. I just wish that You could be with me at all times and in all places. Then, I would never be afraid. Lord, I love You. Thank You for forgiving a wretch like me. I was so undeserving of Your mercy, but You extended it to me anyways. You heard my cries and had compassion for my soul. No longer was I tormented by the enemy, but made strong in your presence. Surely, I do not fear death or any wars that may fall upon this land, for I know that You will be with me through it all. Even Your angels will fight for me because I trust in Your promises. I give You glory and praise, this day and forever. Keep me strengthened each day. Help me to never fall victim to the enemy again. I love You more than anything he offers. Amen.

2 Chronicles 32:7,8

2 Chronicles 32:7,8 (KJV)
7 Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him:
8 With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the Lord our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.

Pray In Times Of War

It is in times of war and temptation, that we need to confide in God in prayer. Allow Him to guide you and not your own flesh.

Today’s Prayer (04/24/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that people will begin to read and study the Bible for themselves. It is one thing to hear another person speak and even participate in a lesson in church, then reading for ourselves in Your Word daily. How can Your Word become a lamp unto our feet, if it is only this way for another person, but not for ourselves? And how can a person teach that doesn’t actually abide in your word daily? Oh, how twisted our minds get when we are not anxiously engaged with Your Word and in prayer each day. Even our belief systems get stained with the thoughts of other religions and the thoughts of this world because we did not make it a choice to live for You daily. This is very sad since many people are now tied to many false religions and cults because they did not make it a priority to learn for themselves what is truth in the Bible. Surely, we should not put all our trust in people, for they can unknowingly or knowingly lie to our faces. People may seem to be so genuine in what they do, but really they may be a wolf in sheep’s clothing while doing Satan’s work unknowingly. And then these same people that are brought in to do the same things and are now servants of the devil also. This is very disturbing and needs to stop, Lord. Yes, God, I pray that people will desire to know for themselves what the Bible actually says. Then, if people would begin to read Your Words as a child, then their understanding would be opened. Even fountains of knowledge, wisdom, and counsel for their lives now. Lord, the Bible has become a lamp unto my feet. People may try to sway me to believe in certain things, but if You have not said it, then I’d rather put my trust in You. I know that the Bible speaks of our day and is a guide to our lives now. Help everyone in the faith realize this, that they may not turn their hearts from You. I love You, Lord. Amen.

1 Timothy 1:3,4

1 Timothy 1:3,4 (KJV)
3 As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine,
4 Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.

Endless Genealogies

The time for keeping endless genealogies was done away with, with the Old Law. We now live for Christ each day, while in the faith.

Today’s Prayer (04/23/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that people will take their belief in You to heart. That they will no longer forsake the day of their repentance, but return to You fully this day. I am praying for a full surrender of people’s hearts and souls. That they finally understand the need to do Your will and no longer live unto the flesh in their sins. What the world offers may look appealing at first glance, but only with the Holy Spirit can we filter out the bad with the good. For in this world, You have created such amazing things for us to do and enjoy, but unfortunately Satan has corrupted it while making the bad look good. So we have the rise of homosexuality and it becoming widely accepted in our culture. We also have a billion-dollar business with pornography on the web. Even so-called Christians are caught up in such things and are living a life of a hypocrite. These things are very disturbing, God. So I ask what I and others can do for Your kingdom, in order to put an end to many of the evils of this world. All I hope for, Lord, is that many people will stop transgressing against You, but understand their faults and confess their sins openly. Our time is now to change our lives and be reborn in the Holy Spirit. So if people are praying with me now and they are have fallen off course but are ready now to give their lives to You, praise the Lord. Convict them of their sins, that they will no longer desire to do them. Cleanse them, as You have cleansed me of all my sins. I pray for more people to be saved in Your kingdom. Surely, the harvest is white, but only a few people are ready and available to work for You. So I also pray for more laborers. That believers in all countries will desire to share the gospel with people on the streets. I love You, Lord. These things I pray, in Your mighty Name, Jesus. Amen.

2 Chronicles 30:7-9

2 Chronicles 30:7-9 (KJV)
7 And be not ye like your fathers, and like your brethren, which trespassed against the Lord God of their fathers, who therefore gave them up to desolation, as ye see.
8 Now be ye not stiffnecked, as your fathers were, but yield yourselves unto the Lord, and enter into his sanctuary, which he hath sanctified for ever: and serve the Lord your God, that the fierceness of his wrath may turn away from you.
9 For if ye turn again unto the Lord, your brethren and your children shall find compassion before them that lead them captive, so that they shall come again into this land: for the Lord your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn away his face from you, if ye return unto him.
