Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I pray that people in the faith will be convicted of their sins and repent. May this conviction to follow You, lead them to the waters of baptism. So many people rely on their faith alone for salvation. However, what they do not realize is that faith without works is dead. To live their life alone, without You, is no salvation at all. I am so grateful for baptism. That is the time that You did come into my life and made me alive. I was dead but was crucified with You, at the cross, Jesus. Then, as I come out of the water, You give me newness of life. This was my new beginning and I am so grateful for this opportunity to have You in my life now. I was so lost in this world without You. In baptism, You have set a fire in my soul to serve You, my King. Where there was so much darkness in my life, You have scattered it and ushered in Your light. Where there was shame and guilt, You’ve replaced it with Your love. I no longer serve the lusts of the flesh but fight it with You, Jesus, in my life. You are my shield and my fortress. I am made strong with You by my side. Thank You for coming into my life, through baptism. I needed You and You came. Thank You so much, dear Lord. I believe in You. I trust in You. You are my joy. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, we praise You. Through the storms of life, You have come through. You have heard our cries and shown us great mercy. Nothing is like Your compassion. Nothing is like Your kindness and love. Your compassion has pierced through every bit of shame and raised me up into newness of life. Your love has broken every chain and brought me into Your light. I made new through Your blood. What was once sadness has been replaced with gladness. All my fears are gone, for You have come to my rescue. I am safe in Your arms. Nothing can lead me away from Your love. You have made me confident in my faith. My zeal to follow You increases day by day. The day that You forgave my sins, a fire was lit in my soul to serve You, my King. It is an honor to walk with You, my Lord. You are all mighty to save. All blessings and honor to Your holy Name. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, please help more people realize the things that they are doing wrong, that they may repent before they die. I pray that more people will be saved in the day of judgement. Help those in the faith find these people and be faithful in sharing the gospel with them. In so doing, may they love on these people, as You love us so much. May we share the same love with our neighbor as You have shown towards us. We desire to live inside Your will, Lord. Convict every person that is far from You to repentance, including us. Lead us from every form of darkness that we may be encompassed in Your light. If there is someone that is need, lead us to them. Help us carry their burdens as You carry ours. Help us no longer pass by people on the streets that are struggling but stop and care for them. If it is by money, food, giving them a place to stay, praying for them, or whatever it may be, help us know how to properly care for their needs. We long to live for You and no longer for this world. Make us wise in Your presence. Give us counsel and lead us by Your hand. You are our deliverer and we trust in You, Jesus. We believe in You Lord. We love You. Amen.

Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, thank You for receiving me in prayer. I believe in You Lord. Only You could do such a great work in my life. Thank You for shining down upon me and hearing my cries. All my burdens are lifted because of Your mercy. Though I was weak and could not turn from my sins, You had compassion upon me and took my hand and led me on to safety. What I was unable to do for myself, You have stepped in and did the rest. I am so grateful for Your forgiveness. Only You could see through the wickedness in my life and replace it with Your love. I am so grateful that my heart was open to receive You. I would never have known what true love is, if I had not made that choice. I would be stuck in my sins and terrified about death and judgement. Now Lord, I am so happy. Your counsel is what I need in life to go onward in faith. Your love is healing to my soul. You are everything to me Jesus. I am honored to serve You, my King. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I pray for those that are addicted to alcohol. Will You come into their lives and deliver them this day? I know that these strong drinks are evil and will only bring us away from Your presence. You are unable to come into our lives when we are freely clouding our minds. I pray this night for sobriety. Bring clarity to people’s minds like never before. Help them see what they are missing out on when they giving themselves over to drinking. Help them know that You cannot dwell inside of them when they are dwelling in darkness. Lord, I’ve seen so many people casually drink, get drunk and go downtown to bars like it is nothing. And it really saddens me when I see somebody I know that says they are a Christian do such things. My heart is troubled by this and I know that this is because their faith is not firm but on the rocks. Encourage these people, through Your Word and through prayer. Convict them of their wrongs and give them wise counsel to stop. I know that only You can break the chains of addiction. I trust in You, Jesus. Help me share your gospel truths with them, that they may have a desire to change their lives. I love You. Amen.

Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, convict us of our faults. Bring to light every sin that quenches the Spirit. Break us free from every addiction. Help us let go of all the bondage in our lives. May every lustful thought be removed from our minds. Cleanse our hearts and free us from our guilt. Forgive us Lord. We believe in You and are sorry. Have mercy upon our souls. We need You in our lives to overcome temptation. We are weak without You. You make us strong to resist the evils of this world. Give us clean hands and a pure heart. Empower us to walk in the Spirit and no longer after our own lusts. May we live a life pleasing in Your sight. This is our hearts desire Lord. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, please help people realize the necessity to learn from You. Help them understand that the things of this world only deter them from coming to You for wisdom. There is no lasting happiness in doing things that please the flesh but only guilt. Deliver them from such wicked acts. So much time is wasted with smart phones now-a-days. Even people in the faith are going off track because their time is spent apart from You. Help people see what these devices are doing to them. Satan has a stronghold on people’s lives and we all need Your deliverance. Instead of going off track, because of the lusts of our flesh and our personal devices, change us from within. Give us new desires to walk in Your light and use the things we have for Your glory. If it is to read the Bible from our smart phones, give us these desires. If it is to download devotional apps that draw us nearer to You, help us do that also. Whatever you would have us do, lead us in these things. Draw us nearer to You Jesus and away from the sins of this world. We wish to develop a personal relationship with You God. You are our only hope and we trust in You for salvation. We believe in You. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I pray that more people will have an open heart to You and Your teachings. May they remove all their pride and humble themselves before You today. I know that wisdom will only come inside our hearts and minds, when we are fully open to receive You. We cannot just hear but also be doers of what You say. Lord, what You have shown me is so amazing. I wish everyone could gain the same or similar gifts of the Spirit for they delight my soul. I admit that there was a time that my heart was closed off to Your will but once I opened up to You fully, my life was changed forever. I no longer delighted in the things I could do, but what I could do for You Lord. And this desire has carried forth till this day. In all this time, Your wisdom has been on full display. You have opened my eyes to things I never knew before. This understanding amazes me in every way. For once in my life, I have direction. There is peace in my life. I am filled with Your love. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I am so grateful for marriage. Thank You for leading me to a virtuous woman, in my wife. Elizabeth has blessed my life, more than I will ever know. The day I met her, there was love, and I know that You kept her for me. I didn’t have to look far and wide for you led me to her. The love we found in marriage was magical and I am so grateful for that day, Lord. Having You close to my heart, over these years, has helped me realize the love I once had and how You can make it stronger. You are able to build upon the relationship I have now with my wife and make it grow ever so stronger. And one thing I’ve realized Lord, over the years, is that with You in my life, the love for my wife is greater. There is less of a struggle but more of a building up of a beautiful friendship. You have helped lay the foundation of what love is and with that love in my life, my marriage has grown stronger. I pray Lord, that You will continue to build it up every day. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I pray that people awake to their sins and receive You into their lives, before death takes them. So much time is ticking away in people’s lives and they don’t realize it. Most people don’t even know that tomorrow is their day of reckoning with You in judgement. And the sad thing is, they have not been forgiven, nor been born again. There life is on the rocks and nothing will save them but Your blood alone. You have been waiting for them to call upon Your Name for mercy but instead, they have delayed Your call. Where so many people could be accepted into Your presence and experience heaven, instead they have chosen a different path to hell. My heart is grieved by this choice that people are making. Please wake them up to the sins they are committing, that they may repent today and have every chain be broken. I know that You have the power to save any person from their sins. Even those people that have shown no fruits in their belief in You, You are able to revive them to do Your will. I pray for a change of heart in more people before judgement day. May they experience Your great love and endure in their faith till the end. It is so wise, and I pray that more people make this decision today. Daily Prayer:Lord, thank You for coming to my rescue. Thank You for listening to my thoughts this day and rushing in to help me. Things were difficult and much confusion was set in, until You came in and cleared it all up. What you did for me is amazing. It saved me countless hours of struggling to find an answer to my problems. You saw a need and stepped in to show me the way. Thank You for the knowledge that You have given me. I recognize Your hand in this and am so grateful. So much inspiration has come into my life because of You, Lord. It is wonderful to receive Your guidance and direction. I am so enlightened and at peace by Your wisdom, every time. Each time I seek You in prayer and simply think on You, You are there for me. The problems I am having are solved. Daily Prayer:Lord, I pray that people in the faith will all build a relationship with You. May they begin to put You first in their lives. Therefore, doing Your will, will no longer be a burden. It will no longer be a chore to serve You or our fellow men and women. With You in our lives and directing our paths, we have the strength to serve You. There is power in Your Name. Therefore, we are lifted up. It is only when we put down our trust in You that things start to fall apart. We begin to doubt things and feel burdened by doing Your will. I’ve seen it Lord, many people proclaim to know You but when asked to do service, often time they do not respond in favor of it, or for some that do, you can soon see that a few of them feel burdened. I know that there are many people that have become content with their own lives and do not wish to do new things. These feelings, Lord, are very detrimental to You and Your Kingdom. It really saddens me to see people so far off from serving You and doing Your will. May there be a revival in their hearts today. Spark something inside of them, that they may discover You in a new way. May a true change occur and their desires to get out there and do Your will become a reality. I know this can happen. Daily Prayer:Lord, we come to You in all humility. Our hearts are open to receive You today. We confess that we are a sinner and have need of Your blood for forgiveness of sins. We cannot live in our addictions and shame any longer. Our burdens are heavy and we need Your yoke to come upon us. Have mercy upon us Lord. We are sorry for living after the lusts of the flesh and apart from You. Our soul cannot take it any longer and we want to be made free from all this bondage. Take us in Lord. Break us free today. Take every evil thought and replace it with Your knowledge and wisdom. Help us live a life that pleases You. Lead us and guide us and give us strength to endure. We need Your strength and not our own to overcome temptation. We know that we cannot do this on our own. We are lost without You. We need the power of God to save us from our sins. Daily Prayer:Lord, I pray that everyone that has faith in You, will also build upon that belief. May our hearts be continually open to the truths of Your Words, in the Bible, and in prayer. Open our hearts and minds to knowledge that only comes from above. Help us learn how to have self-control and be patient. Give us over to live like You and be more selfless. We desire to live differently and know that You can help us do so. Shape our lives that we may shine brightly. Help us to show kindness and love towards everyone we meet. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I pray that more people that believe in You, take the extra step and repent and be baptized. So many people in church do not understand the need to be born again of the water and of the Spirit and I pray that this changes. May this teaching be plain in churches that Your gifts of the Spirit are for every person that has committed their life to You, through baptism. I am amazed at the gifts that You have bestowed upon me. Thank You for the gift of wisdom. I am now able to gain Your insight and apply these teachings in my life. Your words of knowledge has helped me grow so much in the faith. You have strengthened my faith, each day that I seek You. You continually pour into my soul and give me guidance. Thank You for opening my mouth and giving me words to speak. I rely on the Spirit, oh Lord. Without the Spirit, I can do nothing. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, thank You for giving us Your divine wisdom on how to enter the kingdom of God. We are grateful to come before You and be cleansed from all our sins. We give every evil work of the flesh over to You, this day. We acknowledge our sins and ask for forgiveness. Have mercy upon us Lord. We are sorry for living for the flesh and apart from You. We wish to not live this way any longer. Help us to no longer serve the flesh but live for the Spirit. And Lord, to those that have not been baptized of the Spirit, convict them now, to do so. May they repent and be baptized before it is too late. And to those that are already baptized in the Holy Spirit, wake them up. Set a revival in their hearts. Lead them away from all uncleanness and unto repentance. May they come back to their one true love, which is You, Jesus. I pray that they remember the day when they were baptized and filled with the Spirit. This I plead for them. Come back and be filled again. I know that You are waiting Lord. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, come and cut down the pride in men and women’s hearts. When these people are shut up and have no place to receive You, convict them of their wrongs, nonetheless. Lead good Christians to pray for and care for them. May they speak with love and peace and never give up on them. Help these Christians to abide in You and speak through the Spirit. Then you can pierce the hearts of the wicked and show them the darkness that they are in. One day, I pray that their walls may come crumbling down. And in all their brokenness, I know that You can mend their broken hearts. You can speak wisdom to their lives and lead them to the truth. We are unable to escape the temptations of the devil but with You in our lives, we can do all things. So Lord, I pray that humility will come and that these people will be drawn to Your love. May they find mercy and grace. And when that happens, show them a new life . Give them understanding from above and lead them by the Spirit. Thank You for showing me the way. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I am so saddened to see how wicked this world has become. So many things are now considered OK by the world’s standards when these same things were once shunned. It is disheartening to see so many people now in favor of the homosexual lifestyle and how it is hardly ever spoken against in churches. It is also sickening to see millions of babies die every year and not hear one sermon on how killing unborn babies is evil. And even worse, porn is so prevalent in this generation. Because it is no longer hard to gain access to, even people in the faith are tied up with it. What has happened to this generation Lord. Why is it that people are justifying their wicked deeds? Why is it that people go out drinking and don’t even think twice? These things bring me to tears. I do not even know what to say but wicked, wicked, wicked are the people in this world. Please come Lord and wake up the people in the faith. Lead them on Your path of righteousness. May they come out of darkness, once and for all, and serve You, my King. Come and convict the hearts of the wicked, that they may repent and be made right in Your sight. I believe in You. I trust in You, Jesus. Amen.

Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, thank You for helping us know where we stand before You. Thank You for bringing to our attention all our sins. We do not wish to be wicked but holy before You Lord. And we know that only in Your presence can we be made righteous. We are not able to be good on our own will. And if any goodness comes inside our lives, it all comes from You. It is Your great love for us that moves us to be kind to others. It is Your forgiveness that helps us forgive others more freely. We love as You love us Lord. You have cleansed our hearts through Your blood and I am so grateful. Thank You for resurrecting me from the dead. Though my flesh was dead in the things of this world, You have come and given me new life. All the darkness has been scattered and Your light is in my sights, and it is glorious. This gift of forgiveness and mercy is so precious Lord. Thank You for Your compassion. May my life also reflect this same compassion to everyone I meet. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I pray for the unbelievers and those that are lost in a false religion. My heart breaks for them and the path they are on. There is a way that can lead them out of their bondage, and that is You Lord, but they do not see it. Their eyes are shut and their pride is elevated. Will you come and convict them, this day, of their wrongs? Humble them. Show them how foolish they have been and awaken them to what is true. I know that I was once a part of this group of people and am so happy that You have come and awakened my soul from darkness. Though I felt I knew the truth, I soon found out that I was so wrong. My ideas and church beliefs did not outweigh You or Your words. Based on the Bible, Your holy standard, I was living with a false conviction. The doctrines I had learned and believed in were only of men and Your words spoke out against them in volumes. It was difficult when You first made me aware of Your truths and the false teachings I was under but I am so grateful now. What seemed to be hard to bear in the past now seems so compassionate of You to lead me from darkness and into Your light. I love You Lord. I know that all truth comes from You and Your Words in the Bible. Amen.

Daily Prayer:Lord, help us all to turn from our sins. Each time we fall under temptation, prick our hearts that we may know what we’ve done is wrong, that we may repent. May their be sorrow in each of us that leads to confession of sins. We are sorry for the sins we have committed today, oh Lord. We do not wish to offend You again. We also do not wish to be tarnished by the lusts of our flesh any longer. Have mercy upon us Lord. Have compassion for our lives and lead us away from the darkness. Cleanse our hearts and minds that we may think and live differently. Help us continually look to You in faith that we may no longer fall willingly into sin. We know that our flesh is weak without You but with You in our lives, we are strong. We can fight the battles that rage in this world and become victorious. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I love reading Your words in the Bible. I just need Your direction each time I read. I ask for the Holy Spirit to be present evert time I read and study. I’d rather not be led by my own thinking or the thoughts of one another but what the Spirit gives. I do not wish to be led astray Lord. Lead every Bible discussion that I am a part of. Yes Lord, teach us and prick our hearts to do Your will. We know that the Bible is a wealth of knowledge and through Your guidance, we can grow in the faith. We are all on our own different paths and need You to give us the understanding we need to go forward in life. Help intensify our desires to serve You and to do Your will. May our hearts be zeroed in on what You want to do for our lives and will us to do it. I know that I have missed the mark many times, when You have called my name and I am sorry. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I pray that people will start reading the Bible and begin to have sound doctrine come inside their hearts. May they understand your gospel truths and no longer twist them into believing a doctrine of men. I know that salvation is so important and for this, we cannot take it lightly. You have the right to give it and take away. Just as you have the right to add our names to the book of life and then blot our names out. I know that because you are rich in mercy, there is salvation. When we come to You in repentance, I can feel Your compassion. You can see where I am and how far I’ve gone because of the lusts of my flesh. And as I confess my sins openly, there is healing. You hear my cries. I am lost without You Lord and need Your guidance. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, we come to You as a sinner, who is in need of a Savior. We admit that we are lost and need Your deliverance. There is nobody that has the power to save us but You. Only through Your blood, can we be cleansed from all sin. Our flesh is weak and easily given over to the lusts of the flesh, but with Your help, we can overcome all things. Temptation can no longer ruin our lives when You are there to build us up. We know that what has pulled us into darkness in the past can be cast out. You can change our appetites and renew our hearts. We ask You to come and transform our lives. Give us a clean heart and mind. Help us to focus on You and Your promises. May our priorities fall in line with Your will. We trust in You God. We come to You today in repentance, for we need Your mercy. It is Your forgiveness that we seek. Daily Prayer:Lord, please bless every person that is getting married and is married now. Help them grow in their love towards one another. And may they seek Your hand always, that this same love will grow. I know that if we strive to go into our marriage with our own desires and intents, it does not always work out for the best. I have fallen flat on my face, so many times, when I have trusted in my own understanding over You. This all changed, when I fully came to You, Lord, and put You first in my marriage. And now that You are there, my love for You and my wife has increased. I pray that the same thing will happen in more marriages. May couples begin to seek You often in prayer, Bible study and church ministry. May they strive to do Your will, and do this as a couple. Love in marriage can grow dim but with You at the head, it can continue to stay lighted up and vibrant for the rest of our lives. There is something special when Your love is showcased in my marriage and I want more of it. Thank You for coming into my marriage and rejuvenating it. I needed it Lord. Thank You. I love You. Amen.

Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, help us to not walk in sin but to follow You. Give us the strength to resist temptation and to live inside Your love. We know that we are not able to do Your will without Your hand in our lives. Therefore, we plead for You to send the Holy Spirit to be our guide. Pick us back up when we are down. Lead us back into Your love, when we fall. Break us free from all addiction. Encourage us to read the Bible daily and to pray for answers. I trust in Your Words, for they give me understanding. Help me to always look to You in faith. And as I read the Bible, strengthen my faith more and more, that I may know the truth and become strong to resist every evil situation I am put in. I trust in You for salvation. There is no one else that has the power to save. Therefore, I look to You in faith. Thank You for showing me what is evil and what is good. Daily Prayer:Lord, my heart sinks to think of all the people in this world that are partakers of black magic and don’t even realize it. There is so much evil around us and people are so blind to see it. It is so true that people are blinded to what they see on the streets and on TV as being evil. People make things out as good when it is really detestable and an abomination in Your sight. People freely go to magic acts, see fortune tellers, and watch TV with magic in it all the time. Lord, I know that I was among these people for so many years of my life. I also did not see the wrong in all of this. It wasn’t until I found You and started reading Your words in the Bible that my mind was opened to the truth. And Lord, all I know is that I want to be found righteous in Your sight and not wicked. I do not want to be among those in wickedness, including witchcraft. Thank You for freeing me from these things. I was once lost but You found me. Daily Prayer:Lord, I lift You up in praise. Yes, You are so good Lord. Thank You so much for dying on the cross. Thank You for paying the price for my sins. I am so honored and blessed because of Your mercy and grace. You are my Savior and all healing is in Your hands. I worship You, my Lord, my God. You are my Lord and my King. Thank You for showing such love for me, though I am a sinner. Thank You for forgiving my sins, though I have strayed from Your love. Your will power is what helps me fight against sin and temptation. It is Your great compassion that welcomes me home when I fall. At your feet Lord, do I fall. I give You the uttermost respect and honor. You are so noble and so willing to forgive. There is no one like You, Jesus. I pray that You will find rest in my soul. Bring me closer to Your love, each and every day. Lead me to all truth. My heart’s desire is to follow You. I trust in You, Lord. My hope is in Your promises. I know You are there and rejoice in Your great Name. I love You. Amen.
Today’s Prayer (07/10/2018)
Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I pray for this country and the people that live here. I also pray for other countries that are governed over by kings, emperors and other rulers. I know that we do not all have proper rule upon our lands and our we need Your help. Please come to these men and women by messengers, church, the Bible, prayer and dreams. I pray that one of these avenues may stir them up to do good for the people that they rule over. May they see the wrongs that have been made with certain laws and may they attempt to undo these wrongs. I pray that they come to understand what is good in Your sight and no longer stand for what is wicked. Even if it takes new leaders to step in and do the right thing, I pray that it happens and that person will put You first in their lives. May every ruler that loves You strive to keep God in the pledge, the dollar bill, and other things. May they stand up to abolish abortion and same sex marriages. I know that all things are possible when high officials come to an understanding of Your laws. Your ways are higher and I pray that these people will choose to do what is right for us all. Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, we need You. We know that we have let You down so many times, but we are sorry. We need Your mercy and forgiveness in our lives. Hear our cries and confessions, this day. Please give us over to Your mercy and grace. We long for Your healing hands to come into our lives and give us freedom from sin. Help break the chains of addiction. Lead us away from every evil way. Whatever is holding us down, come and snatch us free. No longer allow the evil one to have control over our lives. We desire to live in Your light and no longer be bound in darkness. Help us overcome every temptation that comes our way. You have the power to raise us up and give us the strength we need to overcome it. Surely, we are stronger with You in our lives. With Your hand, we can walk safely on the path of righteousness. I trust in You Lord and know that You can do all things in my life. Lead me always in Your ways. Daily Prayer:Lord God, thank You for coming into my life. Thank You for listening to my prayers. I need You Lord. You are my Savior and without You I am dead. I need Your direction in life so that I do not fall back into the bondage of sin. As for my old life, I hope to keep in the past, and continue with this new slate that You have given me. And I know that I cannot do this on my own. I need Your continued guidance and direction in my life. Otherwise, I will stumble through life and continually fall into temptation. Lord, I do not wish to fall into willful sin but to serve You, all the days of my life. Help the members of my body conform to Your ways and to do Your will. My flesh is weak but I am strong in You, Lord. Your presence builds up my faith and I can stand valiantly before You and others. With this faith, I am able to fight against the evil one. Yes God, I can do all things through You. I love Your ways, I just need You to lead me. May Your Holy Spirit shine down upon me, that others may also see this life change and seek after You also.
