I Glorify In Jesus, My Lord
Much like Mary glorified in her Son, Jesus, oh how my soul praises the Lord, my Savior. My heart doth magnify the God of Israel and every nation.

When Jesus comes into our lives and starts to work through us, it is this time to understand that it is Him doing all the work and not ourselves.
Earlier, I mentioned a portion of the story of the prodigal son. This is because we are all like him at one time in our lives.
This message of the cross and resurrection is so important to our faith in Jesus. Without this knowledge and understanding, we would not be where we are today and surely not be saved.
Please understand that life is not guaranteed to last for anyone for anyone. Nothing we can do can guarantee that we will end up living in our late eighties.
Because the Bible is the source of truth, let us understand together the truth of who goes to heaven and who goes to hell.
While Jesus was on earth, he rode on an ass into Jerusalem, as it was prophesied of. All people will one day bow down to and worship the Lord God, if not in this life, but in judgement.
In knowing that Jesus is the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses and all the prophets of the Old Testament, this puts Him as more than just a man but God.
It is clear that our faith without doing God’s works in our lives is not faith at all. When our desires matter more than others, then God does not really matter in our life also.
Now let us look into the details of one of these great visitations of Jesus after His resurrection. More specifically we will look into when Jesus appeared to the two men on their way to the “village called Emmaus”.
Our own works, no matter how good they seem, do more harm than not. This is why a desire to be led by the Spirit of God, and not ourselves, is so important.
Now that we have defined what a true Christian is, I would like you to think to yourself if you are living a life of a Christian.
I am sorry Jesus for my sins. You are my Lord and I can see how far I have strayed from You now. My life is a mess without You.
Surely, the Lord Jesus is powerful. And as John, chapter 17, described, this power comes because the Father is in Him.
Three days after Jesus’s death, there were two men walking to the village Emmaus. This is when Jesus appeared to them.
It is clear that when Jesus says our whole body is in darkness, if He is not a part of it, that this should mean something to us.
Like Jesus did, we can say, “get thee behind me, Satan”. These are not just words, but come with power and authority from God.
Even when Isaiah was written 700 years before Christ, the prophesy of John came true at the exact moment of time that it was destined to happen.
Anyone that harms a child, has God’s wrath upon them. Only a person that repents of their sins and is made right with Jesus will be saved.
When we love the Lord Jesus, all of these things become a part of our lives. As we give our lives to Christ, He is able to transform is.
In the day that we live in, there are laws that says that if a licensed priest or pastor does not marry a homosexual couple, that same person will go to jail.
To those people that continue to build up their lives in worldly pleasures. There will be a reckoning with God in judgement, come death.
Speaking of John the Baptist, Jesus said that “there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist.”
So let us refocus our attention on Jesus, and read more about His glorious birth, this Christmas season.
After arriving at Elizabeth’s place, in the “city of Juda”, she “saluted Elisabeth” to get her attention. Then, after hearing her greeting, “the babe leaped in her womb.”
At the time of John’s birth, the immediate family were in the room and wanted to call the baby Zacharias but Elizabeth said no, and that his name would be John.
Because we live in a wicked and adulterous generation, many people have an issue with repentance.
