You have covenanted to obey all the laws of the gospel, including the laws of Obedience, Sacrifice, Chastity, and Consecration, which make possible an exaltation with the Gods; and you have received the First and Second Tokens of the Aaronic Priesthood, and the First and Second Tokens of the Melchizedek Priesthood, with the names, signs, and penalties of these tokens, except the name of the Second Token of the Melchizedek Priesthood, which will be given you at the Veil. The third covenant that Mormons make during their endowment ceremonies is the "Law of Chastity". While in their temples, both men and women stand up and covenant to not break this law. What Mormons do not realize is that this law, although not having this name, has always been Biblical. This is because fornication means the same thing, and real Christians have abstained from it for centuries through the help of the Holy Spirit in their lives. To fornicate means to have sex with the opposite or the same sex outside of marriage. As Christians, we know that this specific sin will send millions of people to hell if unrepentant come death. This is because Paul taught the following…
"Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God." (1 Corinthians 6:9-11)
And what purpose are Mormons keeping this covenant and the others in their temples? To be exalted to godhood of course. They believe that because they kept their oaths and covenants in the temple that they will become a God like other Gods in heaven.
Who would want people to think that they could become a God if they were righteous enough in this life? Satan of course. He is the one that would cause people to believe in a works-based salvation system like in Mormonism. What Mormons don't realize is that Satan was cast down like lightning to earth because of his desire to become like the Most High. And so this lie has been perpetrated down from generation to generation and into the religious system in Mormonism. This same being, of whom has caused millions of people to die and go to hell gives a warning to all Mormonism within their temple walls. He says, "I have a word to say concerning these people. If they do not walk up to every covenant they make at these altars in this temple this day, they will be in my power!" (Pre-1990 Temple Endowment) Unfortunately, Satan has spoken through the Mormon Prophets, which is why this is added. These people need to be delivered from Satan's kingdom and into the kingdom of light, which is where God reigns in order to be saved. Amen.
