God Hears Us When We Pray

Give your praises to God Almighty. Make your vows before Him and be confident in keeping them also. Ask Him to give ear to your prayers and He will. Say, “hear my prayer, God”. All flesh will have to come before Jesus in judgment. It is better to do this while in this life, than bow down before the Lord knowing you lost out on your opportunity to be saved. Our willful sins are known before Him. Those who ask God for forgiveness, in their humility and sincerity, His mercy is upon them. This means that through Jesus’s blood we are made clean. David wrote, “praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed. O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come. Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.” (Psalm 65:13) All have sinned before God. It is up to us to get right with Him. Don’t procrastinate the day of your repentance.

When God chooses us, we are blessed. We are then able to dwell in His presence. Our transgressions are known before Him, so it is better to let God in than to push Him away. He knows about all our good or evil deeds. The God of our salvation is whom we need to put our trust in. God is all-knowing. In His strength, mountains are moved. It is written, “blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple. By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea: Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power.” (Psalm 65:4-6) Allow Jesus to become the Lord God, and King of your life. He is all-powerful and wants to save you. Amen.

Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I pray for people in this lost world. It is so easy to get caught up with life and the pleasures therein. Sin may appear good when we are first involved in it, but thankfully, You have given us a conscience, God. This way, I am able to come to a realization afterward that I was wrong and that what I fell for was sinful. I know that everyone in this life has the same conscience. Only a few, however, allow this conscience to be for their benefit. Truly, You want to help us, while speaking to our hearts and minds. If I didn’t continue to listen to these promptings, I would be like the majority of this world who justify their sins on a regular basis. And so we have evil appearing as good and good appearing as evil. This added comforter of the Holy Spirit is what I needed next and didn’t realize it. Thank You for sending the Holy Spirit into my life and leading me in the faith. You have saved my soul. I love You, Jesus. Amen.
