After the whore of Babylon, or in other words the Roman Catholic Church, had finally fallen by the hand of God in a gulf of fire, there was much rejoicing in the heavens above. Rome, along with Vatican City, which is part of it, went up in flames, as it was judged according to its evil works. Because it had corrupted the earth for centuries by its lies and deceits. In doing so, they have come up with traditions of men in their worship to Mary, the Saints, Angels and even lifting up the Pope. It was a matter of time before God’s judgements would be upon them for doing such things and for allowing idolatry and even fornication into its church. Because of these things and others, God’s wrath was upon this false church from the beginning. Even the blood of the saints that was spilt by the hands of the Catholics over the years was also avenged by God, the day that He took them out. This downfall of this church may have caused the people to weep on earth, but in heaven, God, the angels and every beast and person is over joyed. Praises to our God and King is made as the smoke of that city rises up into the heavens. In seeing the victory of God over this wicked place they rejoice forever more. To understand these events even further, please read what John saw in the vision below…
1“And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand. And again they said, Alleluia And her smoke rose up for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia. And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.” (Revelation 19:1-6)
Now the vision continues as praises ring out in the heavens above. Everyone that has a voice to say anything is crying out in thanksgiving to Jesus, our Savior. It was also in these moments that the marriage ceremony had begun with the Lamb of God and His people. There was even made white robes for the saints of God. Because they made themselves righteous through the blood of Christ, they were welcomes into this great feast. It is truly a blessing for people of all nations, that loved the Lord, to be able to be at the table of the Lord in this majestic ceremony. It was in this moment that John was mesmerized by what he saw. It even got to the point that he got down on his knees to worship the angel that was showing him all these things. Of which the angel said to not do so, for he is only a servant to God and deserves no worship. What amazes me is how he then pointed to the heavens and said to worship God alone. He said this because his testimony was in Jesus and that is how he is given the spirit of prophesy. This setting should help all people understand that only God deserves our worship and praise, not Mary, not the saints, not angels, or the pope, but the Lord God alone. I hope you understand how the Catholics had their worship done wrong, for it was in other things also. This is even better described below…
1“Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.” (Revelation 19:7-13)
As we read above, this vision continued with John seeing Jesus on a white horse. As He is faithful and true, He rides to judge the people on earth and make war with the wicked. And you know He was serious as fames of fire were in His eyes, of which there were many crowns on His head. On His body was a garment that appeared to be dipped in blood. And we know His name, which is 1“the Word of God”. (Revelation 19:13) It was then that there was an army in heaven forming also. The saints of God also joined in with Jesus and the angels. As they followed Him, while also riding white horses. Our of the mouth of the Lord Jesus was a sharp sword, of which He would soon use to smite people of all nations. This is where they will soon understand that He is who rules on earth and that His wrath is for real. And for all people to know that He is God, a name is written 1“on his versture and on his thigh”, 1“King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords”. (Revelation 19:16) It was then that an angel called all fowls of the air to Him, in order to give them direction. As they were also invited to the 1“supper of the great God”. (Revelation 19:17) This is where the 1“may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.” (Revelation 19:18) What I just mentioned is stated by the angel of God here…
1“And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords. And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. (Revelation 19:14-18)
Lastly, John’s vision took Him to see what was happening on earth, during the time that Jesus was coming to make war with the wicked. It was then that he saw the beast, who took reign from the Catholic church, or the great whore. It was this same beast that was leading the kings of all the earth to make war against God. So they went ahead and got their best weapons of war prepped and ready. Missiles of all kinds were pointed to the sky, along with their best planes for gun fire. However, it didn’t matter how many things they had to fight against the Lord, nothing would stop Him. Everything they tried did absolutely nothing to stop God and His wrath to come. It began with the army of God taking out the beast and the false prophet, and casting them into the lake of fire. Whey may have caused millions of people to get the mark of the beast but their end would be eternal torment. The miracles they displayed may have caused people to be deceived, but all their lying and deceiving is finally over. Now the rest of the earthly army, along with the wicked was slain by the sword of the Lamb. The fowls of the earth then saw the people dead on earth and ate their flesh. So may this be a warning to all those that fight against God. Please know that Jesus is the Lord God and always wins out against the wicked. They may fight against Him, but it is always for not. This is because nothing can prevail against Him. Now, what I just mentioned above is better described below…
1“And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.” (Revelation 19:19-21)
Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I pray that people will be on your side when the end of their lives and or the end of this earth comes. And may the people that believe in You now, also be Your followers at all times. I know that people can put on a good face, but not really be for You in their actions. It truly takes a person that is devoted to Your cause to truly live a life that is worthy of calling themselves a Christian. All others are only wolves in sheep’s clothing, for every person that loves You will also obey Your commandments. They will not live in sin, but come unto You in every moment that they fall short and repent of their sins. In doing this, will they be found washed in Your blood and no longer live in sin. It is truly a wonderful thing to know that we are made clean because of the cross. Just to know that our conscience is clean is the most wonderful feeling of all. In this moment do I feel alive and actually feel good about myself and others. This is when I feel purified and forgiven and my thoughts are lifted up. I can then go on in life blessing other people’s lives. In these moments, it becomes more of, how I can do good for others, then what I can do for myself. And as this is the life You led on earth, I am so grateful to live a similar life for You. I know that the Spirit is what helps me live in Your presence and to walk in Your good works. It is my faith in You that has brought me to this point and now You are able to do the rest in me. Thank You Lord. May my faith and others endure till the very end. I am so blessed to be called Your child and to one day be with You in heaven forever. These things I pray, in thy holy Name, Jesus. Amen.
