If you know the Lord, will you join in with me in praise? Lift up your voices and sing hallelujah, for you are saved. Come and join in as I sing praises to His name. I rejoice in the Lord, my King. Jesus is my Lord and my strength. 3Everything that is good comes from His hands. I am so grateful to walk in His presence. To be accompanied by the Holy Spirit is an honor. I am safe in His hands. It feels wonderful to be directed by God and not man. There is direction and meaning to my life. I can see things that I could never see before. My eyes are opened and I can see the worth of souls. God’s love flows through my veins and into the lives of others. Only the Lord God could do this. I was so selfish, for so many years, until He changed me. Instead of thinking about my own needs, my thoughts are directed towards others. It truly brings me great joy to see other people happy and cared for. It saddens me to see others in pain and suffering. 2God has shown me His great harvest and all those that are lost. It pains me to see all those that are lost, without a Shepherd. May the Lord have His way in my life. I desire that He directs my path and helps me find those that are ready to receive Him. I will lift mine eyes now to God. 1“Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.” Yes Lord, use me to do Your will.
I pray that God will have His way in my life and yours. I pray that a revival will happen in the hearts of all people that proclaim to know Him. May those that say they love God, also walk in His love. May all those that say they believe in God, also live out their faith. If people are in sin, may their sins stir up inside their soul to repentance, before God. Yes, Lord, if we aren’t for You now, change our lives. Stir the hearts of us all to serve You. It is a great privilege to learn from You and to receive Your counsel. As my eyes are lifted up into the heavens, look down upon me and fill me with Your Spirit. Even those, Lord, that want to come back, forgive them, as they turn their hearts back to You. Accept their confessions and help direct their paths. As David said, we pray, 1“so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that he have mercy upon us.” I cry out with your people and say, 1“O Lord, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.” We are sorry for doing our own things and not desiring to live in Your will. Yours is the Kingdom. Our life is Yours. We will put You first in all things. Help us to live out our faith. Will You use us now and give us words to speak. Help us not to fall back when people scorn us. I trust You. I love You. Amen.

James 1:12-27 (KJV)
Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
Do not err, my beloved brethren.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain.
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
