How amazing will it be when the Lord returns? We will be able to see Jesus in all His beauty and splendor. His glory will shine bright. He will come in the clouds with the angels. A trumpet will be heard declaring that our Savior has returned. I will fall down on my knees. I will sit in awe at His presence. I will cry unceasingly. Tears of joy will stream down my face. I will bow down to worship Him. I will give Him glory and honor. For my Holy King will have finally returned.
The Lord is returning soon. All those that have Jesus in their hearts and honor Him will be saved. Today is the day to change your life. No one knows when He returns so repent and come to Jesus. When He returns the angels will gather the elect from all around the world. The angels will find those that put Jesus first in their lives. Those that follow the Lord in all that they do. Those that would die for the Lord. Those that have repented and felt His grace in their lives. Those that worship Him each day. Those that carry His cross. Those that love one another. Those that witness His truth to the world.
I wait anxiously for Jesus’s coming. I long for the day that I will be able to stand in His presence. I live my life for Him. I know that only through Him I can be saved. That if I am worthy He will let me into His presence. I pray that I may always walk on the Lord’s path. That He will always be my light. That He will comfort me when I am weak. For Jesus is my shield and my fortress. I lift my hands and sing praise to Him. I sing Hallelujah. For He is worthy.
24 “But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light;
25 the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.
26 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27 And then He will send His angels, and gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest part of earth to the farthest part of heaven.
32 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
33 Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is.
34 It is like a man going to a far country, who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and to each his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch.
35 Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming—in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning—
36 lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping.
37 And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”
