There are times in life that we feel all alone. The trials we are facing are too difficult to bear. We wander not knowing where to go next. Nobody seems to understand the problems we are facing. When sadness is in your heart, know that there is someone you can turn to. The Lord is near and is watching over us. He is ready and willing to take us by the hand and lift us up. All of our burdens will be made light. He will take them upon Him and carry us through the storms. All of our anxiety will be turned into peace. He will pull us through the hard times. All we need to do is pray. Turn your brokenness into submissiveness to the Lord. Let the Lord enter your life. Make room for the Lord in your heart. You may think that there is nothing that can bear your burdens but His peace will take you like a gust of wind and carry you away in His love. Shattered lives will be made whole again. He will calm your heart. His mercy is unwavering. His forgiveness is offered to all. There is nothing like His love. If you are facing difficult trials, seek the Lord today. He will be your refuge in the storm. He is our shelter. He is our fortress in the valleys of life. There is joy in the Lord.

All those that are burdened, there is hope from on High. God knows how we are feeling inside. He knows what aches us from within. He can feel our every pain. As Hagar was saddened, she said, “Let me not see the death of the boy. So she sat opposite him, and lifted her voice and wept.” She couldn’t bear the thought of losing her son for she was alone with him in the desert. At this moment “God heard the voice of the lad”. “The angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said to her, What ails you, Hagar? Fear not, for God has heard the voice of the lad where he is. Arise, lift up the lad and hold him with your hand, for I will make him a great nation.” There is comfort in the Lord. God knows our every need. Call upon the Lord in prayer. Let His joy radiate in your heart. He is waiting for each of us to open up to Him. Each of us matters in the Lord’s eyes. The Lord is so good. Oh Lord, my health comes from You. You lift me up and help me on my path. Thank You Lord for looking into my life. When I am weak, You bear my burdens. You help ease my pain. You give me comfort. I am safe in your arms. I have no fear for You are near. I praise your Holy Name. I love You.

Genesis 21:14-20
14 So Abraham rose early in the morning, and took bread and a skin of water; and putting it on her shoulder, he gave it and the boy to Hagar, and sent her away. Then she departed and wandered in the Wilderness of Beersheba.
15 And the water in the skin was used up, and she placed the boy under one of the shrubs.
16 Then she went and sat down across from him at a distance of about a bowshot; for she said to herself, “Let me not see the death of the boy.” So she sat opposite him, and lifted her voice and wept.
17 And God heard the voice of the lad. Then the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said to her, “What ails you, Hagar? Fear not, for God has heard the voice of the lad where he is.
18 Arise, lift up the lad and hold him with your hand, for I will make him a great nation.”
19 Then God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water. And she went and filled the skin with water, and gave the lad a drink.
20 So God was with the lad; and he grew and dwelt in the wilderness, and became an archer.

My life is dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus to the world. I love the Lord and want everyone to feel the same love. I would feel awful if I kept His joy to myself. For this I write daily devotionals to lead people to Christ. Jesus is the anchor of my soul.
