"PRELIMINARIES: [The second anointing is administered only to married couples, on the recommendation of a member of the First Presidency or the Quorum of the Twelve, and under the direction of the President of the Church. Only the first portion of the second anointing--the anointing itself--can be performed vicariously for the dead.] [Before a couple can receive the second anointing, the husband must receive the ordinance of washing of feet under the direction of the President of the Church. The washing of feet is administered in the Holy of Holies, or in a sealing room set apart for this purpose.]." (The Second Anointing)
"Anointing of the Wife. [The officiator anoints the wife's head with oil. The officiator then lays hands on the wife's head and ordains her a queen and a priestess to her husband, to rule and reign with him in his kingdom forever.] [The officiator pronounces upon the wife additional blessings as the Spirit directs. Typically, she is blessed to live as long as life is desirable; to receive all the blessings of the everlasting priesthood; to be an heir to all the blessings sealed upon her husband; to be exalted to her husband's exaltation; to have ministering angels to attend her; to attain to Godhood; to have posterity without end; and to be sealed up to eternal life.]Â Charge. [The couple receives a charge, including an injunction not to disclose the fact that they have received the second anointing. " (The Second Anointing)
In this second anointing, of which this portion is about the wife, there are many things that are not of God. These are, #1, for a person to ordain this woman as a queen to her husband in heaven. #2, to be sealed to her husband for all eternity. #3, exalted with her husband in heaven. #4, attain to Godhood. #5, to have children without end. #6, being sealed to eternal life by a man. What you've just read from this secret anointing for women is so blasphemous that it makes me nauseous just talking about it.  For one, nowhere in the Bible does it say that husbands and wives will be together in heaven. Instead, the opposite is taught in Matthew, Mark, and Luke, by the mouth of Jesus. In his own words, we are taught that there is no marriage in heaven. For this reason, no man or woman will ever be sealed to their spouse in heaven. They will also not be having any more children, but are single like unto angels. And this becoming a God thing, is of the devil. Only people in a cult would elevate themselves to Godhood. Below you will read the story of Jesus teaching the Sadducees that there is no marriage n heaven…
"Then came to him certain of the Sadducees, which deny that there is any resurrection; and they asked him, saying, Master, Moses wrote unto us, If any man’s brother die, having a wife, and he die without children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother. There were therefore seven brethren: and the first took a wife, and died without children. And the second took her to wife, and he died childless. And the third took her; and in like manner the seven also: and they left no children, and died. Last of all the woman died also. Therefore in the resurrection whose wife of them is she? for seven had her to wife. And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection." (Luke 20:27-40)
It is all I can do to ask Mormons to trust in Jesus over men. People can make up things like eternal marriage that sound good on paper, but if these teachings are against what Jesus, our Lord, says, then we must reject them. I have rejected such a blasphemous teaching and so have millions of other former Mormons throughout the years. It is better to choose to believe in and follow Jesus than to believe in and follow something false. Please know that Satan has tricked the Mormon people to believe in eternal marriage and exaltation to Godhood. He must be so happy to see people choosing his teachings more so than God's teachings in the Bible. I often wonder why Mormons put so much weight on what their prophets say than what God's Word says. Even new members begin to think this way having a Christian background which doesn't make any sense. However, what does make sense is how their beliefs are based on different pamphlets, ensigns, and their other so-called books of scripture and not the Bible. These man-made doctrines are not of God. Therefore, these people need to repent while they still have time. Amen.
