Clap your hands, all ye people who believe in Jesus as Lord. The terror of the Lord is real and those who fear Him also honor Him in all His ways. We acknowledge Him and do not dwell in darkness, but live in His light. The Lord our God is our King. To honor Him in the way we live our lives for Him is the least we can do. When the Holy Spirit comes, people cannot help but see that we are led by God. It is also amazing to see some of these lost souls come to Christ through our examples in the faith. God loves it when we step out in faith in order to help people come to Him. David also wrote and sang, “O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph. For the Lord most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth. He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.” (Psalm 47:1-3) Never forget how powerful God really is. Our mighty God is for those who love Him and do as He says.
God has an inheritance for each person that truly believes in Him. These are called different rewards for people who were workers in His kingdom. One day at the sound of the trumpet, Jesus will return and judgment will be set upon the earth. And before the Lord returns we are to wait anxiously for Him. Not to waste away our lives in the thing of the world, but to live each and every day for our Lord, God, and King, who is called Jesus. We give Him praise! Say, “thank You, Jesus, for the cross. Cleanse me through Your blood. Forgive me of my sins.” Now sing these words from David, “He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah. God is gone up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet. Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.” (Psalm 47:4-6) If you love Jesus with all your heart, then these songs of praise will come out of you naturally. Amen.
Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I pray for a revival to come in our cities. May the Holy Spirit lay hold upon us like the day of Pentecost, that the things we do and speak on earth are from heaven. Before Your return, Jesus, set us apart in Your kingdom. May Spiritual giftings ring true in our lives and also people we witness to. I am praying for more people to be influenced by what is truly good in this life and not what is evil. The world has taken what comes from You and made it sound evil. Therefore, give us boldness in order to stand up for what is righteous and holy. We are courageous in this darkened world because You are with us. There is an army of people that are already boldly declaring Your truth, but we need more people to join in. God, call people out of a life of sin, in order to also live for You daily. Lord, to live for You is gain. You are my everything. My all in all. Have Your way in my life. I love You, Jesus. I give You praise. Amen.
