Take Heed To The Bible

Read the Bible and observe its teachings each day. Be in prayer with God and the Holy Spirit will guide you as you read. Meditate on the words in each chapter. Open your heart and let the Spirit teach you. As you lean on the Spirit you will get different impressions on things. Each day is different and you will be convicted differently as you read. As the Spirit directs, take heed to it and obey what the Word is teaching. We will be blessed as we obey God’s counsel in our lives. I ask that you make time to read the Bible daily that it will always be on your mind. The Word is a lamp unto our feet. We should cherish the time we have to read it. God will not lead us astray. He will direct your path. He will make you stronger each day that you seek Him. The Lord will be with you and prosper you.

The Bible is more amazing each time I read it. I feel blessed to have the Word Of God in my life. How amazing it is to read about God’s counsels for us. The Lord has surely blessed us by leaving it for all generations to read. I love the times I am reading and the Holy Spirit is present. Even when times are hard I understand Him better as I read. It leads me to follow God more diligently. It teaches His truths and how I should live my life. Each day that I read I learn something new. The Holy Spirit always has something new to share with me. I have more courage to share the Word with others. I am less afraid of what people will think. For the Lord is with me always. I am made strong in Christ by way of the Word of God. I thank The Lord each day for His Holy Word for It has truly changed my life.

Joshua 1:6-9
6 Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.
7 Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.
8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
