Beware of Mormon missionaries. They come as wolves in sheep’s clothing. Their message may sound good, but it is not of God. For example, they teach how wonderful it will be to have an eternal family. Where in heaven, you can be with your spouse and never have to worry about death separating you. This can sound good on paper, for of course most people would want to be with their spouse and children in heaven. I say most since some families have siblings who don’t get a long and would not want this. Now, in saying this, who are these false teachers getting this information from? Is this information Biblical or man-made? Well, seeing that Jesus said that there is no marriage in heaven and how the wicked go to the lake of fire after judgment is set, then I agree with God. As Jesus taught, we are like angels in heaven and not God’s as Mormons teach. And as angels are single, we are also single in heaven. Will we recognize people in this life? Yes. Will we want to be with them? Yes, but not in a marriage. We are now one big family with Jesus as our God. It is going to be so amazing being with the Lord and His people. Jesus is the head of the church and our bride. See below for details…
“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” (Matthew 7:13-15)
“Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her. Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven. But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying.” (Matthew 22:28-31)
“And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:6-8)
Mormon missionaries are deceived, but it is not all their fault. They are brainwashed by way of their false prophets and teachers. This happens at a young age for most. You see, they sing the song, “Follow The Prophet”, which teaches them if they do so, they will not go astray. They also sing the song, “Praise To The Man”, with much fervor. In doing so, they worship this false prophet, Joseph Smith, without even knowing it. But what happens throughout this upbringing is when mind control begins. You see, they are told that only their church is true and to make sure and bear their testimony as often as they can. Do this in order to never lose it. This is why they are discouraged from having friends with Christians, lest they tell them something that causes them to doubt their faith. This is why on their missions, they begin to back away when Christians say things that cause them to leave doubts in their mind about different beliefs. Some even say that these Christians have the spirit of contention since what they are saying goes against their man-made teachings. This is when they even call them Bible bashers and put a stamp on their house for new missionaries not to go to. This is what happens when Mormons are scared of the truth of God. They run from it. “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.” (2 Corinthians 11:3-4)
“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.” (2 Corinthians 11:13-15)
“As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” (Colossians 2:6-8)
