My heart is not turned back from the things of God. I have not declined to walk in His ways, but love everything about the Lord and His kingdom. Life is difficult, which leaves us feeling broken. Death overshadows us and causes us to feel like we are in despair. If anyone has forgotten God, they must know that He is stretching forth His hands still. Help is on the way for anyone that has strayed from His presence. He exposes what is evil and sinful in our lives, so that we may repent and get right with Him. Many people make things their idols instead of God, which also needs to be cast out of their lives. David wrote on this and said, “our heart is not turned back, neither have our steps declined from thy way; Though thou hast sore broken us in the place of dragons, and covered us with the shadow of death. If we have forgotten the name of our God, or stretched out our hands to a strange god.” (Psalm 44:18-20)
God searches us. He knows the secret things in our lives. Surely, His wrath is upon people who sweep their sins under the rug, while justifying them day by day. Those people are like sheep going to the slaughter. Therefore, I ask God to awaken them to know their sinful state, in order to get right with Him. Many people are sleeping and need to know how fallen they really are before it is too late. They are not cast off forever yet as Jesus is drawing as many people as He can unto Him for salvation. God has saved a wretch like me, therefore, anyone is capable of being saved. David knew this and wrote, “shall not God search this out? for he knoweth the secrets of the heart. Yea, for thy sake are we killed all the day long; we are counted as sheep for the slaughter. Awake, why sleepest thou, O Lord? arise, cast us not off for ever.” (Psalm 44:21-23) Come to Jesus. Allow Him to transform Your lives. Amen.

Oh Lord, I pray that more people will wake up to their sins before they die. So many people are crying right now in hell. They wish they could have a second chance to be saved, but unfortunately, time has run out on them. So many regrets are now filling their minds as they are suffering in hellfire. May this never be the case for people I care for in this life. I ask this with all sincerity for people that are still living. God, many people in my family do not know You. They are on a path that is suitable to their own belief system, but in doing so, they have separated themselves from the true and living gospel. Lord, I only want the best for people I associate with. They may not like me for how much I speak of You, Jesus, but I love them all the same. How is it that I have gotten a bad rap as the “Jesus freak” in the family? Do they see You in me and try to shame me in the same fashion? I take all this with joy. Thank You, Lord, for manifesting Yourself in my life. I love You, Jesus. I give You praise. Amen.
