Come and bow down at the feet of Jesus, for Holy is His Name. My friends, He is worthy of all our praise and honor. As believers of God, our Savior, lift Him up in songs of praise. The Lord loves to see His adopted sons and daughters giving Him the glory. This shows how much we love and respect Him. For out of our mouths tell the Lord, our God, that He is our King. We are not living our lives alone, but carry the Holy Spirit with us at all times. This is how we learn to obey God also, for out of our mouths comes our commitment to follow Him. We don’t just say things to God and don’t mean it, but are true believers because we show Him our allegiance by how we hear His voice and do as He says. So if you have not committed your life to follow Jesus, do so today. Don’t let anything stop you from making the best decision of your life. Please know that Jesus is the Son of God, and Lord of all. Cry out to Him in all your confessions, while giving Him glory for His mercy, His grace, His compassion, His forgiveness, His love, His kindness, His goodness, His peace, and His strength. All things good come from His hands, and all things renewed comes from Him also. So if you want your sins forgiven, then run to Jesus. Allow His blood to cover you. And as you come to the Lord most High, sing praises to His Name. Thank Him for the cross, for through His sacrifice, the payment of sins has been set in motion for all that believe in Him.
If you want to know how we ought to be worshiping the Lord, our God, then look no further than the Bible. Even revelation, chapter 4, gives us a glimpse into heaven, where we see Jesus in His throne. And around Him, we see twenty-four elders in white robes, which sat on their seats with crowns on their heads. There were also four beasts that surrounded the throne of God. Now, something amazing happened with these men and beasts, which you will find in the following passages. It reads, 1“and the four beasts had each of them six wings about him ; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever, the four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. (Revelation 4:8-11) As you can see, the beasts cried out holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, where the Elders cast their crowns before the Lord. They did not want any tribute to themselves, but only give the Lord what He deserves. Now, will you do the same? Start giving Jesus the glory, starting today.
Let us pray:
Lord, I praise You this day and forever. You are holy and I love You with all my heart. I cry out to You now in honor and respect to my King. Oh, how I adore You, Lord. There is no one like You, God. My life is secure because You are in my life. I am strengthened each day because of Your presence. I don’t need the things of this world to be happy, but only You, God. Because You have allowed the Holy Spirit to be with me, my life and my family have been uplifted in Your love. All I need is You, Lord, and everything else not only makes sense but falls perfectly in my steps ahead of me. Truly, as I have sought after You, has my passions been satisfied. My desires have been fulfilled because you have blessed me. Thank You, Jesus. Thank You, Lord. Thank You, God. I am not worthy of Your love, Your respect, Your compassion, Your goodness, Your mercy, Your Grace, and Your kindness, but You still come to me. What a Savior I have. You have heard my cries and have comforted my soul. I am perfectly at peace, for in You I am able to rest. You are the anchor of my soul, who gives me life and light abundant. I don’t have to go out searching for love, for You showcase Your love to me every day that I have breath. Thank You for forgiving me and cleansing me through Your blood. The cross has given me another chance in life to be made clean. There is no more guilt or condemnation, but gladness and much joy. Thank You, Lord. I praise You, God. I love You. Amen.
