As a witness for Christ, my life has been changed. Not only is my faith strengthened when I go out, but I no longer wish to live for the things of this world but for God alone. His ways have become my own and all I want to do is please Him now. Where I was once disobedient to God, I have repented and live to do His will. This has become the greatest blessing of all to my life. To be in God’s presence, none compares. So as Jesus saved my soul from the pit of hell, I am compelled to witness the truth of His salvation to the world. I may go before people that despise the things of God and are not happy with what I say, but I know that with the Holy Spirit someone will be touched and be drawn to God. Much like Paul, the Lord has made me a minister. He has sent me out also unto the gentiles, in order 1“to open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.” This I do each week, in order to lead the lost unto Christ the Lord. I know that when people’s eyes are finally opened, then will they see the importance of the cross and the resurrection. Then true forgiveness comes when they have repented and come unto Jesus.
The message that I have to share with people comes from the Bible and by of the Holy Spirit. This I teach and preach that all people will be drawn unto the Lord and repent. In this, will they be convicted of their sins and draw unto Jesus for forgiveness and mercy. Each time I go on the streets, it is my message, just like Paul’s, 1“that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.” This change of heart and turning to God comes from a humble heart. It gives God an opening to come inside their lives and lead them unto the light. For it is His desire that we are led from the darkness and enjoy the serenity and goodness of His bounteous light. While in the presence of God, people will finally reach for the scriptures and study them like never before. It is then that when they start to read that God’s Word will leap off the pages and penetrate their hearts. This is when the blinders come off, and that people finally see the truth of the gospel of Jesus and be set free from the power of sin and death. They are not held captive any longer by the enemy but are set free in the name of Jesus. Through the power of God, we are sanctified and washed clean through the blood of the Lamb. Oh what a Savior! How good it is to preach the good news of the gospel to the lost.
Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I pray that more people will experience the blessings of living for You and Your kingdom. It is surely a blessing to be a part of Your plan and to be led by You. So often have I fallen because of my own desires to do my own things and this has left me empty and guilty. I am never satisfied when I do things that are only for my own well-being, while other people are left out. This is the kind of life that I do not miss. Not only was I selfish, but family suffered because of my actions. Now that I have given my life to You, Jesus, every person is benefited. It is because Your great love has come into my life, that doors have been opened. Instead of just going out to eat, I now look to make sure that others are not in need. When I am on the road, I make sure that people’s needs are met also, so I stop and care for them when I see any person that needs prayer, hungry or cold. If there is anything that I have that can benefit another, I will surely give it them. And my greatest thing to do is to witness for You, Jesus. To see others be blessed and come unto You, is the greatest gift I could ever receive. I know that the things I mentioned are because of Your presence in my life. If I do anything that seems good, it is because You have done it through me. Because I have sought Your hand, is when I get these good instincts to serve and bless one another. May my life ever be willing to look to You, that people will find comfort and peace through my actions. You are my love and I wish to showcase that same love to all people. I say these things in Your holy Name, Jesus. Amen.

Acts 26:1-23 (KJV)
Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Thou art permitted to speak for thyself. Then Paul stretched forth the hand, and answered for himself:
I think myself happy, king Agrippa, because I shall answer for myself this day before thee touching all the things whereof I am accused of the Jews:
Especially because I know thee to be expert in all customs and questions which are among the Jews: wherefore I beseech thee to hear me patiently.
My manner of life from my youth, which was at the first among mine own nation at Jerusalem, know all the Jews;
Which knew me from the beginning, if they would testify, that after the most straitest sect of our religion I lived a Pharisee.
And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God, unto our fathers:
Unto which promise our twelve tribes, instantly serving God day and night, hope to come. For which hope’s sake, king Agrippa, I am accused of the Jews.
Why should it be thought a thing incredible with you, that God should raise the dead?
I verily thought with myself, that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.
Which thing I also did in Jerusalem: and many of the saints did I shut up in prison, having received authority from the chief priests; and when they were put to death, I gave my voice against them.
And I punished them oft in every synagogue, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted them even unto strange cities.
Whereupon as I went to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests,
At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.
And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.
But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;
Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,
To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:
But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.
For these causes the Jews caught me in the temple, and went about to kill me.
Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:
That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.
