Think about your life. Do you believe and praise God? It is in your nature to lift up the Lord in worship? I pray that it is, for the Lord’s sake. 1He takes pleasure in those that praise Him. By way of our worship to Him, He can tell who truly loves and respects Him. If you have not given praise to God before, I pray that you give God a chance today. No longer just say you believe in the Lord God but also exercise your faith in Him. No longer forget to pray but cry to God today. 3To those that are repetitive, in your prayers, please stop and truly pour out your heart to Him. Stop praying because you feel compelled to but do so because you love the Lord and desire to be in His presence. May it not be a race to the finish any longer but a true heart felt experience in prayer. Pray over your food. Pray with your family and friends. Pray with your church family. Pray for those in need. Do so and invoke the power of the Holy Spirit. Allow the Spirit to come inside your heart. If you feel blessed, than bless the Lord. Think upon the goodness of God and what He has done for your life. Pray that the temptation of the evil one will no longer influence your life. That you may withstand temptation.
In your prayers and worship, acknowledge that the Lord is all powerful. He surely is mighty and can do all things for our lives. 4All He requires is that we ask. In this moment, open your hearts to God in prayer. Ask for the Spirit of God to come into your life. Take in this excellent moment to be in the presence of the most High. if you have been blown away by the power of God, than also, 2“praise him according to his excellent greatness.” Even after the prayer ends, do not let your worship stop, but continue in praise to God. If you are in your home, a church, or on the streets, lift up your hands and praise the Lord. Raise your voices and proclaim that he Lord Jesus is good. If you can play an instrument and it is on you now, than play your best chords for the Lord. Join in with song and dance. Worship the God who saves. The Lord can surely see our hearts of those that love Him above all else. Our praises give Him all the glory and honor. I know that I am nothing without the Lord in my life. Only through His hand do I have life. The Lord has changed everything. Jesus has cleansed me of my sins. How merciful is our God. As long as I 2“hath breath”, I will 2“praise the Lord.” For the Lord God is worthy.
Let us pray:
Oh Lord, it is awesome to be in Your presence. To invoke You in prayer brings joy to my life. My heart is moved with compassion towards one another. My desires to live differently is elevated. You help me love one another when my flesh only wants to fulfill its own needs. Thank You for casting out the selfishness from my heart. It is only through You that I can be less proud and more selfless. Lord, Your love helps me know how to show kindness towards others. I would never know how to live this way if You were not leading me. I am safe because You are there by my side. Thank You for coming into my life. It is Your will power that helps me resist temptation. I am so grateful for this time to call upon Your Name. You are worthy. I give You all the praise and honor. All praise to Your holy Name. I love You. Amen.
