I am so amazed at what God has done for me and Chris this night. Though it started off on the rocks, between us both, it ended with us doing such great things for God. All of our disagreements were able to be settled peaceably and with love. I truly believe that since we got over this barrier that God could use us to do greater things. He has such a gift to talk with people with love. I just pray that his love and encouragement may flow deeper in my life. Though I speak boldly from the heart and say things that can convict, on occasion, I am grateful for God’s gift. I could never come up with God’s words on my own. As Chris said, just make sure it is always out of love and not from us but of the Holy Spirit that works through us. The Lord can use each of us in different ways, all it takes is our attention to do His will and not our own. I pray that both our gifts may encourage each other in the faith. To God I trust. I believe in miracles for He did it in our lives and the lives of others, this night. I give God all the glory. He allowed us to mend our differences and share that same love with others. When we are filled with the love of God we can’t help but have it flow from us into the lives of others.
As Chris and I decided to go out in faith and share the love of Jesus, doors opened up to us very quickly. Each person we asked to pray over, accepted prayer. One man was needing money for a place to stay and we asked the Lord to help him. Another man, needed to know that God would provide a permanent residence and a place to work. So we lifted Him up to the Lord, as we did the other man, for God’s blessings to reign down upon him. These men’s faith will do great things in their lives. Through the will of God we were able to give him a bible and then also the next person we talked to. Both men wanted to draw closer to God and the Bible can help them greatly. How is it that both men accepted a Bible unless God willed it. He put two different individuals that were ready to receive His words with an open heart to God. Praise the Lord. The first man had strayed from God but wanted to change and follow Jesus. The other man wanted to know the Lord better in the Word. He loved to pray and we encouraged him to let God teach him through the Bible. Only then, can he know His teachings and grow spiritually in prayer. What an encouragement, this night was, to mine and Chris’s faith.
Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I first thank You for mending my relationship with brother Chris. If it wasn’t through Your love, we wouldn’t be speaking right now. But You brought us back together. When I saw him walking away I could sense that wasn’t right and for me to call for him. Because I called and he came back, we were able to talk it out, out of love. You did all the work inside of us. Thank You Jesus. Thank You for then using us to do such great things. I love the Bible and when people accept it, my faith is lifted up. You put people in our path ready to receive the Word of God and to You I give all thanks and glory. We could never have led them to accept it if Your Spirit didn’t help the process along. I love You and my heart desires to bring souls to You. Continue to use me to do Your Will. I love You. Amen.
Let us read the Bible:

Colossians 3:12-17 (KJV)
12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
1 John 4:7-17 (KJV)
7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
