Serve God And Enter Through His Gate

Serve the Lord and people alike. Do this with God’s peace and without being pressured into doing things. Remember to pray and worship the Lord often. There is only one God and every other God are false gods. The Lord Jesus is God and the creator of all things heaven and earth. Israel is God’s people and the sheep of His pasture. Gentiles are adopted into His fold, and, at the same time, so grateful to be made clean through the blood of Jesus, which was shed for us on the cross. David also wrote, “make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.” (Psalm 100:1-3) Do these words from scripture ring true in Your life as it does mine? I sincerely pray that it does.

“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” (Matthew 7:13,14) We enter in through the gate of Jesus, while proclaiming His good Name to the world and with praise. We are thankful to have Jesus in our lives and know that only through Him can we be saved. Blessed is the name of the Lord God, who saves. God is good and His mercy endures forever. Lastly, David wrote, “enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.” (Psalm 100:4,5) I also proclaim that the Lord God is so good as to save a wretch like me. Amen.

Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I pray that we all will learn to walk out our faith. To not just go to church on the weekends, but learn to serve You and others day in and day out. There is so much more we could be doing in Your kingdom, if people were so willing as to lay down their lives to serve You. Lord, I am so grateful to know You, and to be Your witness is a great joy. I am loved beyond measure, for Your mercy endures forever. Thank You for giving me a chance to be saved. Your death on the cross has given me new life. Your blood has covered me and has made me whole. If am cleansed, it has come from above. Therefore, I will walk on Your holy path that leads to heaven. It is straight and narrow and I am grateful to go through Your gate. I love You, Jesus. I give You praise and honor, this day and forever. Have Your way in my life. Your peace surrounds me and I am loved. Amen.
