The LGBTQ Are Lifted Up In Their Pride

Throughout the centuries there have been some very wicked and evil people. People who hate God make this known in how they treat other people, especially believers. For many of them, they are easy to spot, but for others, it is harder to see unless the Holy Spirit is with us. What we know is that the ways of the wicked make this world unsafe. Our God-given rights are taken away one by one until good is now evil and evil is now good. And what is sad, is that the poor and homeless are often mistreated by evil people also. Instead of helping them, these individuals tell them to get a job, say cruel things, or just smirk and walk right past them in their pride. The LGBTQ are among the wicked, for they boast in their pride and bless those who are fornicators, which God hates. David wrote about this and said, “Why standest thou afar off, O Lord? why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble? The wicked in his pride doth persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined. For the wicked boasteth of his heart’s desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the Lord abhorreth.” (Psalm 10:1-3)

People who are lifted up in their pride, like the LGBTQ, do not seek God’s will. Humility is what they need to be changed. People who are tempted by same-sex attraction, but don’t allow this to be who they are, He is able to transform their lives over time. It is true that people can be homosexual now and not later. All God asks of them is to lower their pride and realize that there are grievous judgments upon them if they continue this way. Then, will they submit to Him, and through the power of God, their cursing, and taking God’s name in vain will stop. It is written, “the wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts. His ways are always grievous; thy judgments are far above out of his sight: as for all his enemies, he puffeth at them. He hath said in his heart, I shall not be moved: for I shall never be in adversity. His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and fraud: under his tongue is mischief and vanity.” (Psalm 10:4-7) If we follow Jesus, then we will be sanctified by His blood. We are then able to think clearly and leave every sinful lifestyle behind for Christ. Amen.

Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I pray that people in all the world will repent, including those who call themselves homosexual. There is so much wickedness upon the land, and I pray that You will reach even the LGBTQ community. Pride is our downfall and it will lead a person on the path of destruction, as you have said. Lead these people from darkness and into Your glorious light. It is my prayer, God, that more and more of these lost individuals will come to You. To come as we are now and You will do the rest. I know that I am incapable of turning from my sins on my own, but only through Your help. Are people struggling with homosexuality? Yes. Is it because of their lust? Yes. However, Your power is stronger than anything else in the flesh. Lord, help these individuals who are struggling and need Your mighty power to be changed. I am speaking of a transformation that only You can do in their lives. Surely, we can be homosexual and later on be changed to be straight and in a healthy relationship. Our vile affections str changed to having normal affections towards the opposite sex. You can do all things, God. I believe in You. Amen.
