It was a great privilege to witness for Jesus Christ on Halloween. God has put in my heart how evil this night truly is. Seeing all the people in their costumes speaks of the darkness in this world. 4People are not abstaining from evil but willfully living in sin. Many people tonight didn’t desire change but were happy in their current lifestyle. So when I went out and spoke about Jesus and the truth of the gospel, to these people, only few of them had a heart to listen and open their hearts to Jesus. Some were interested in the message and took the gospel of john pamphlets. Praise the Lord. Others spoke out loudly that they didn’t need Jesus. Even some said they were a witch and didn’t feel any regret. To these people, I preached that Jesus saves. They must repent and come to the Lord for salvation. 6Belief in Jesus will lead us to heaven but unbelief will lead us to hell. 1The Bible teaches that no witches will enter the kingdom of God. I asked that lady to repent and she got upset and walked away. These people may deny God now but what they don’t know is that their salvation is on the line. If they died today, they would see the Lord in judgement. Jesus would judge them for what they know and have done with that knowledge. Everyone that passed by me, I offered them a pamphlet. I didn’t want anyone to not know the good news of Jesus Christ, who saves. For this, I went on to preach that Jesus died for our sins, that we might be forgiven. There may be darkness in their lives now but Jesus has the power to cast it out. 1Jesus is the light that came into the world that we might be saved.
After preaching, I met this young man, who was with his friends. I asked him if he believed in Jesus Christ and he said no. He said that there is no proof that God exists. 5After he questioned my beliefs, I took out the Bible and declared that it is alive. That God speaks through every word. I know God exists because the Bible has declared it to me. This got him thinking a lot. To get to the heart of the issue, I asked if he even desired to know God and he said no. Though he said this, I knew that the very fact that he was listening to me showed his interest. I told him that he just needed to have an open heart and humble himself before God to in order to know that He exists. Once that spark occurs in his heart, God will show Himself to him through the Holy Spirit. The Bible will speak for itself, the wisdom of God. Before he left, I offered him the gospel of john pamphlet and asked him to read the messages on my site. He took it and said he’d read it. Thank You Lord. Before leaving, I met this Christian man that opened my eyes to the scriptures. After he found out that I was once Mormon, he shared with me, 3“living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances, Touch not; taste not; handle not; Which all are to perish with the using; after the commandments and doctrines of men?” It is so true that Mormons are into ordinances that don’t save. They are simply false doctrines of men. What a blessing it was to meet him. It was great to fellowship with another believer in the faith.
Let us pray:
Oh Lord, thank You for this night to witness in Your Name. I loved proclaiming the good news that You offer. It is only through You, Jesus, that we can be forgiven. We can be set free because of Your great mercy. I pray that those people that heard the gospel, tonight, may be convicted by the Spirit. Help people desire to walk in Your ways over the world. May everyone in sin, repent. Change their hearts that they may no longer walk in darkness. Lead them into Your glorious light. Help people understand the need to be a light to this generation. Lord, You led the way tonight. Though many people were not interested, some were. Even the few people that listened, made this night worth it. It was truly amazing to speak to so many people. Lord, You did it all. To God be all the glory. I love You. Amen.

4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

2Galatians 5:16-26 (KJV)
16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.
3Colossians 2:16-23 (KJV)
16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
19 And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.
20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not;
22 Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?
23 Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.
41 Thessalonians 5:15-23 (KJV)
15 See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
16 Rejoice evermore.
17 Pray without ceasing.
18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
19 Quench not the Spirit.
20 Despise not prophesyings.
21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
5Hebrews 4:11,12 (KJV)
11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
6Revelation 21:7,8 (KJV)
7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
