There is only one love that never ends. The love we discover in Jesus Christ our Lord. His love is eternal and has no end. There is no end to His kindness. There is no end to His compassion. There is no end to His mercy. “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?” Many will strive to tear down the walls of His love but no one will prevail. There is nothing that can “separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord”. Jesus will always be there to lift us up when we are down. He takes our hand when we are scared. He walks by our side and leads the way. He is always listening to us. Our problems are His. He is there to give counsel. We can always come to Him when we need Him. He is always there waiting for us.
I am amazed at the great love of Jesus. This love has given me hope for a better day. He makes me feel loved and cherished. His light brightens my path so that I can see clearly. He surely wants the best for me. His love came down and rescued me from sin. He lifts me up when I fall. My cries are heard in prayer. I can feel His great mercy in my heart. His presence is strong and lifts me up. The Spirit calms my heart and tells me I am forgiven. Though I am tempted, I am delivered by my Savior, Jesus Christ. He is my shield. He is the rock on which I stand. Oh Lord, I love and cherish every minute I have to spend with You. Your love awakens me to do good. Thank You for always being there for me. I praise You, Lord.
Romans 8:35-39 (NKJV)
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”
37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,
39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
