Lift Up the Lord In Prayer

Give your heart to the Lord in prayer. Let our King know how much you love Him. Give praise to our majestic God. Worship His Holy Name. Sing songs to glorify His Name. Lift up your hands to heaven and shout in praise. Exclaim with all your soul that He is loved. The Lord is so good to us each day. His mercy has given us all a new hope. We have found a joy that never ends. His love endures though we falter. He is joyous when we return to follow Him. Give Him thanks this day for His saving grace. He has surely delivered us from a life of sin. He has awakened our soul to do good. Our lives are forever changed since He rescued us.

As we humble ourselves each day we will seek the Lord. We will pray often. We will come to know Him personally. We may not see Him but we will feel His Holy Presence. Our hearts will be transformed. We will no longer be bound by bad habits or addictions. His love will piece through our heart like a knife. As we trust in Him all our wicked ways will be cut out. Our sins will be forgiven. Our hearts will be healed. We will focus our energy into following the Lord. Serving Him will be just part of who we are. His love will penetrate through us when we talk to others. He is so merciful and I feel honored to follow Him.

2 Chronicles 7:3,14-15
3 When all the children of Israel saw how the fire came down, and the glory of the Lord on the temple, they bowed their faces to the ground on the pavement, and worshiped and praised the Lord, saying: “For He is good, For His mercy endures forever.
14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
15 Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place.
