Today’s Prayer (12/08/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that children in the faith will learn to honor both of their parents. That even when one parent seems to be more strict than the other, that they will love them both the same. Sometimes one parent is further alone in the faith and can see the pitfalls before their child sees things. And when confronting that child with what they are watching on their devices or games they are playing, they need to know that we have their best interests at heart. We are not judging them, but trying as hard as we can to lead them in the right way that leads to You, Jesus. I know it isn’t easy, especially when we feel like we have found our right footing in Your kingdom and now new and different rules have to be set forth for our children. We are made different, because the Holy Spirit is with us, and we pray that our children will follow suit. But this cannot happen if we continue to sit idly by while they continue to watch the same things on their devices. They cannot continue to watch the same shows and movies on TV. They cannot continue to play the same types of video games. If these things do not honor You, then they need to stop. And Lord, help me as a parent to reach my children. May these rules not come with push back and rudeness. And help my wife to confide me in what I am trying to do for my children for Your sake. I only desire for them to live for You and not the world. It is my desire to see my children come to know You and be saved, but I know this can’t happen if I let them live like the world does. I just pray that they will continue to honor me in this. The same with my wife also. I love You, God. May Your love reside in this house and keep us from falling. Amen.

Ephesians 6:1-3

Ephesians 6:1-3 (KJV)
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
2 Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;
3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

Rebellious Children

Children need to learn to love and honor both of their parents equally. This is God’s commandment for all kids in the faith.

Today’s Prayer (12/07/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that this country and others will wake up to their sins. That people will begin to see that atrocity and murderous acts in abortion. But this can only happen if people would somehow give ear to You. There would need to be an awakening in their souls like never before. So God, I know that You can do all things. Even if a small percentage of these people could change their minds, then the government and states would have the number of votes necessary to overturn Roe vs Wade. All it takes is a few good people who are not afraid to say what is on their hearts for You, that good things can start happening in a big way in this nation and others. But when people remain quiet on these important and controversial issues, the world continues status quo. So awaken people to repentance. May these people cry out to You in all their confessions. And before this happens, lead them to street preachers who are unashamed of the gospel, to a church who the pastor is unashamed of the gospel, and to Christians who are unashamed of the gospel. Give them visions, dreams, and knowledge that will give them over to seek You, God, with their whole hearts. There can be a turning away from sin in a big way, but people must listen to what You have to say to them. It only takes a little while for people to get the message You want to share with them through people and in these dreams and visions, but they must humble themselves to learn. They must give in to the Holy Spirit for those few minutes, that You might rescue them. Abortion can be ended, but we need people to rise up against it. Give us the boldness to do so. I believe in You. I love You. Amen.

Proverbs 6:16,17

Proverbs 6:16,17 (KJV)
16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood.

Today’s Prayer (12/06/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that we will stay firm in the faith, as Christians. That we will not allow the signs of Your coming to deter us in to going after dark and devilish paths. The world is full of idolatry, covetousness, fornication, adultery, murder, and homosexuality, and doing things what makes our flesh feel gratified. Because the flesh is fulfilled in different moments of our lives, they feel that they can be happy in such things. Even has porn popped up like a wildfire on the internet and caused many people to go astray. Therefore, vengeance is being poured out upon this earth by way of the coronavirus. The sins of the people in our day must have caused the wrath to fall down from the heavens. And I know that the people on this earth deserve everything that is coming to them. Even for making a mockery of You in the LGBTQ movement and in the mass murders of abortion. I can’t even imagine how You are feeling about these wicked and perverse things. Surely, many people are in for it come judgment day. These people ought to fear You and not the world. You have the power to give and take away life, and it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of a living God. So Lord, may Your people not fear what is happening on the earth today and in the future. We are seeing exactly what You spoke in scripture that would occur in the last of days, and know that tribulation is at hand. But God, we run to You for safety. You are Your people and experience Your peace, patience, forgiveness, and love, that never ends. I believe in You. I trust in You, God. I love You, Lord. Amen.

Luke 21:8-11

Luke 21:8-11 (KJV)
8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.
9 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.
10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:
11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

Today’s Prayer (12/05/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that people will remember why we celebrate Christmas. And that is because of You, Jesus, and Your majestic birth. Our sins are forgiven because of Your ultimate sacrifice for sins on the cross. Thank You, Jesus. Thank You, Lord. I just pray that in every Christian family that we are not focused on anything else but You, Jesus. This is a special time for us to remember Your birth, and I pray that we will not give in to the world’s standards. Santa Clause is all the rage during this holiday season. There are many movies and TV shows about Santa and his reindeer. Even do children sit on a person’s lap who calls himself Santa at malls and other places. Where many people also put a figurine of Santa on their tree and blown up figures outside their houses. Wow! What a mockery to You, God. How can people lie to their children, and have them believe in a made-up person, which is a false god? This false god has been created to do things like you do, which is to know when we are good or bad, to receive our letters, and to bring us gifts. Wow, oh wow, how can people believe in this trash? All this is, are people trying to replace You with a figure that isn’t even real. For only You can see our every action, hear our prayers, and give us good gifts. There is no substitute for what You can do for us, but again, the media is always trying to remove You and replace You with other things. So, Lord, I pray that people will see how wrong this really is and no longer allow their children to see Santa. That they will no longer play shows with Santa in them. And that if we have a tree, that it is filled up with things that honor You alone. For God, we worship You and not the idols of this world. We love You and honor You, this day and forever. Amen.

Matthew 1:18-20

Matthew 1:18-20 (KJV)
18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily.
20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

Today’s Prayer (12/04/2020)

Oh Lord, I love the plans You have for my life. It is amazing what You have done and still do through me. Thank You for using me for Your kingdom. And, God, It is wonderful to know that many other people are allowing You to lead them also. I may only know a few of these people in person, but that number has expanded in the hundreds over Facebook, which I am so grateful for. Surely, You have lit a fire in each of us, that Your light may shine forth. Even so vibrantly do we shine forth as we walk in the faith. Reaching the lost doesn’t have to be difficult, for when the Holy Spirit is in us, we can do all things. You are able to lead us to the exact person who has been praying or has been seeking answers. Then, when the words come out of our mouths it is able to pierce that person to the very core, for You are speaking through us unto them. Wow! I am so amazed at all the amazing things You are able to do through people who love and honor You with their whole hearts. Lord, I know what Paul said in 2 Timothy 4 in Your Word, and it was an instruction to the whole church. That we are all to be instant in season, ready to preach the gospel, to teach, to reprove, to rebuke, and to exhort any person You put on our path. This is the work of an evangelist, and I am grateful to be a worker in Your kingdom. This is not a burden, but a blessing in disguise to those who allow You to do a work in their lives. I love to talk to people about You, Jesus, and then pray with and over them. Many mighty miracles have come forth because of prayer, and I know that it was because of Your mighty hand. I believe in You, Jesus. I love You, Lord. Amen.

2 Timothy 4:1-4

2 Timothy 4:1-4 (KJV)
1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

The Work Of An Evangelist

We are each instructed to do the work of an evangelist. This means to be ready to share the gospel with anybody you may encounter.

Today’s Prayer (12/03/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that people will see the unborn babies and know that You are the creator. And if You are creating these beautiful babies in the mother’s womb, may every doctor, nurse, and other types of workers in these clinics be convicted of their sins, that they may resign and quit today. That they may repent and find forgiveness for all these atrocious and murderous acts. Please also cause every woman who has allowed their baby/s to be murdered in abortion to repent and get right with today also. And I am not only talking about the woman, but any family member, boyfriend, or husband, who has encouraged them to commit this evil deed. Not one person is innocent here when it comes to abortion, and I pray that people will realize this important fact. Any person who had a part in these murderous affairs, including people who vote pro-abortion, is allowing the most precious and innocent blood from these babies to fall down upon their heads. Oh, how their blood cries out from the grave, and only You, Lord, can wipe away these pure baby’s tears. They longed to be loved by their mother and father on earth, but these plans were stopped before they even saw the light of day. God, these babies just wanted a chance at life, but cruel people took away this chance. What beautiful and amazing things could they have accomplished, if their rights were just given to them. This brings me to tears just thinking about what they could have done, but now it is taken away from them in death. So, God, convict people of their sins, that they may repent. Only You can still forgive them, that they might find mercy by Your hand. We just need more sincere people for this to happen. I trust in You, God. I believe in You. I love You. Amen.

Isaiah 59:1-4

Isaiah 59:1-4 (KJV)
1 Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.
3 For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.
4 None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

Abortion And Forgiveness

Killing innocent babies in abortion is allowing their blood to come upon your heads. Only God can cleanse you of these sins.

Today’s Prayer (12/02/2020)

Oh Lord, I pray that my mind and others will remain fixed upon You throughout the day. Help us to not give in to our fleshly desires, but to be more and more conformed by Your perfect will. I admit that today I was found thinking about things that I shouldn’t, and I am so sorry. To these evil thoughts, I ask that You will forgive me. Take every evil thought captive, oh Lord. Don’t allow me to be a victim of Satan’s evil plans. I do not wish to have Him take over my thoughts again but to have pure thoughts run constantly through my mind. I am without guilt and shame when I am here listening to You and not giving in to the flesh. But guilt and shame constantly build up when I fall into sin. Even does the devil want me to believe that there is no more forgiveness for me. That I have strayed too many times to be forgiven. Therefore, I ought to continue in what I am doing, for there is no more forgiveness for me anyway. Wow! I can’t believe I was once tricked into believing this. Even, for many years did I believe this when I was addicted to pornography. My life had no meaning then. I had no more motivation to carry on. This was until I finally cried out to You in all my confessions. You didn’t leave me comfortless but had mercy for my soul. Thank You, Jesus. It is my prayer that people will also cry out to You. May they no longer be tricked by the enemy, like I was, into thinking that they are too far gone from being saved. I rebuke Satan for these lies. I believe in You, Jesus. I love You. Amen.

Luke 18:6-8

Luke 18:6-8 (KJV)
6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.
7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?
8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

Pray Always

Remember to pray always. Only by doing this will you be found not giving in to your sinful desires. God will keep you from falling.

Today’s Prayer (12/01/2020)

Oh Lord, thank You for giving me wisdom this morning. I woke up and instantly my prayers from the day before was answered. I had asked that You would help me know how to fix the phone issues at the courthouse and sheriff’s office that I work for, and You came through in a big way. You told me exactly what needed to do, in order to fix the phones at the switch level, and I am so grateful. It was like I received a present from heaven the moment I awoke from my sleep. I was so excited and could not help but tell my life and my boss what happened. Thank You, Jesus. I give You glory and praise. I am so lost without You. Only You could come through like You did when I needed answers. You saw my heart and that it is for You. But God, only You could mend a person that was once so wretched into the person I am today. Thank You for hearing my cries that day and the days since. Lord, in my sins I knew that I was unworthy and needed help from above. Therefore, I needed You, Lord, a Savior. Someone who has already paid the price for my sins, that I might be redeemed and be washed through Your blood. Thank You for the cross. Thank You for dying, that I might be freed from my sins. I never could walk in Your commandments before, but Your light is before me now. You have made me different, a new creation, that I might walk out my faith. Thank You, God. I love You more than anything this world offers. You are my greatest helper. Again, thank You for coming through this day and all the other times in the past. I give You glory, my Lord, and my God. I love You. Amen.

1 John 3:19-22

1 John 3:19-22 (KJV)
19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.
20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
