When it comes to sexual sin, the Bible makes it known to us how evil it really is. It also teaches that, as Christians, we are to stay far away from it. Fornication is so evil that Paul taught us not to even accompany ourselves with others that are involved in it. He said, 2“I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators: Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.” And we do this, in order to 2“put away from among yourselves that wicked person.” By keeping friends that still caught up in these things is when we will be tempted also to go down the wrong path with them. It will eventually wear on us negatively. So as Christians, we are to keep a far distance from these types of sins, as God instructs us. We disobey Him when we allow this filth in our lives, which is walking on fire. Even keeping friends close that do such things will allow the devil to try you like never before. And in these moments your shield of faith will be shutdown. This is when Satan is able to do as he wishes in your life. You will be a walking ducks to his temptations.
Please understand that God hates every form of sexual sin. It is truly vile and wicked in every form imaginable. And if you love Him, then you will also stay far away from it at all costs and also despise it like He does. Sexual promiscuity is so ramped in the world we live in and if we are not careful, we will also find ourselves caught up into it, if not already. So let me spell out the types of sexual sins that stem from fornication. With the act of having sexual relations with someone outside of marriage, this is when adultery is formed. Not just because some people that have sex outside of marriage are with married people but also because there is lust for the person they are with. That very act of having sexual thoughts for one another is adultery also. As Jesus said, 1“ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.” So, along with sexual relations with someone, unclean thoughts for any person is also considered as adultery. This is considered in any relationship outside of marriage or when involved with pornography. Now this is when it should really start to sink in, as to the type of things that God hates, especially now that we know that our lustful thoughts cause us to sin and commit adultery.
Now taking what Jesus said and relating it to the world we live in now, you can draw the conclusion that porn is adultery also. For every time a person looks at a person on the street or a pornographic image or video, this is also lust forming in a person’s heart for that person. Therefore every time this happens, adultery for that person is happening. It is hard to believe but many people partake in pornography and don’t even realize the grievous sin they are in. I hope you know what this means and the ramifications of it, if you are also involved in the porn addiction. It means that if you are caught up in such filth, then you are not saved and are on a pathway to hell, if you do not repent. 3For no fornicators, adulterers, homosexual or porn watcher will inherit the kingdom of God. So as Christians, allow this teaching to convict You. May you come out of this message with a deeper love for Christ and a new found desire to draw near unto Him like never before. In doing this, you will be drawn out of every bad influence. If it is adultery, fornication, pornography, or homosexuality, God will deliver You into His hands and break every chain. Through His blood, You will be set free and all Your sins will be forgiven. So if this is in your life, then repent and come clean to Christ today. He is waiting to hear your confessions. In doing this, God’s hand will ever be in your life to lead you in the ways that are righteous and holy.

Oh Lord, I pray that every Christian will stay separate from the ways of this world. It is one thing to witness to those people that are in sexual sin but another for Christians to also be a part of it. The ways of fornication, adultery, pornography and homosexuality will destroy a person inside and out, if they do not lean unto You in repentance. Surely, the wages of sin is death and these types of people are destroying their lives, as they walk in wickedness day in and day out. So I ask that You will stir inside their souls a renewed desire to call upon God, that You may break them free from their sins. May they find peace in knowing that there is still a way to escape this lifestyle. Surely, the world wants people to think that these things are OK and that they have nothing to fear, but that is only a deception and so wrong. For Your judgements are upon the wicked, lest they repent and come unto You. We may be filthy and be headed on a road to hell, because of our choices in life, but I know that in You, there is always a way out. With ever type of danger, You are able to lead us out of the mess we are in, that we may find rest. In sexual sin, there is no rest for the soul but continual torment, pain, guilt and shame. I know this to be true, as You found me in this sin and rescued me. Thank You for hearing my cries and leading me out of this lifestyle and into Your love. All I needed was to confess my sins with an open heart and Your mercy was for me. Now I am changed and can think and do as You would have me do in this life. What a Savior we have. You are so good to us. I love You Lord. Amen.
