The Lord is my strength. I am no longer weak but strong in the ways of God. With Jesus in my life, I can do all things. Anything He wills for my life, I will obey. I will heed the words of the Lord on high. My God knows what moves me and encourages me to continue ever stronger for His will. Jesus is my shield. He is my fortress and the rock upon which I stand. 1“The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” Wicked people can come before me but I will not fear. As long as I am in the service of God, no persecution will get me down. They may fight against God on high but they will not win the battle. My confidence in God’s great love will continue forth. My hope will ever be strengthened for the Lord is near. 1“One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life.” It is in the presence of God that I am stronger. It is my prayer that the Spirit of God may always strive within me. My happiness is in the Lord. All my joy can be found in His service. I am honored to be a child of the most High God. I relish in the opportunities, I have to be His vessel, to spread forth seeds for His kingdom. I stand in awe at all the Lord has done for me and what He can do for those that seek His face.
The Lord has open access to my heart. He is free to rule and reign in my life. I am stronger with Jesus by my side. He is my anchor in the storms of life. By His words, He calms the raging sea. I rejoice in the goodness of our God. He is our deliverer, in times of need. 1“For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion.” Mine adversaries will not bring me down. In times of temptation, I am ready to fight against it. My will power is no longer in the flesh but in the spirit. In the Spirit of God, I can fight against all evil. The war is raging but the Lord will come out on top. 1“And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord.” Only God could bring me into greener pastures. He is the lover of my soul and desires only the best things for my life. I praise the Lord. May my singing be heard in the heavens above. I rejoice for my heart is glad. I love the Lord with all my heart. How deep is the affection of God for us. Through the blood of Jesus we are brought into His light. We are redeemed from this fallen world and raised up into newness of life. I amazed at the love of God. That we can be blessed with His amazing presence. May the God of the heavens above bring peace to us all, all the days of our life.
Let us pray:
Oh Lord, my heart cries out with gladness for all You have done for me. Your blessings continue to poor out from the heavens above. How often do You come for me and uplift my soul. Your light shines forth to guide me. Thank You for guiding me to safer pastures. I would be so lost if You were not in my life. I have grown up in my knowledge for You have taught me. Fleshly knowledge only lasts for so long but Your knowledge last for eternity. It is a feast when I read the Bible. I cannot get enough of Your words. Penetrate my heart to better follow You. My desire is to serve You will all my heart. I honor You. I lift You up in praise. I love You. Amen.

3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.
4 One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.
5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
6 And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord.
