Jesus is the reason why I live in hope. My life was in shambles. Guilt and shame had taken me down hard. I couldn’t bear to stand because of the person I had become. Then one day, it all changed. My chains were broken. My addictions had no more control over me. I was made new. There was a new beginning set forth for my life. This transformation was not of man. It was a miracle from God himself. Jesus freed me from my sins. My Lord, my God, came for me and had mercy upon my soul. Never did I think I could be made whole but he changed everything. He dried all my tears. In my sorrows, I found peace. Because Jesus came into the world I was given a fighting chance at life. I was dead but because of the cross I am made alive. I think of how humble the Lord was when He became flesh. It is recorded in Mathew that Mary 1“shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.” This was the most memorable birth of all mankind. Our God had finally come to save His people from their sins. Aren’t you so grateful for what He has done for you? Doesn’t His sacrifice on the cross bring tears to your eyes. Give Him glory, in honor and praise. He is so gracious and kind. Oh how merciful is our King. All hail the Lord Almighty.

There is no one else that can do a work like Jesus can for our lives. He is our comforter when all seems lost. He overcomes the darkness and shines bright to guide us. Only the Lord can change the way we think. He is the bearer of all love. When this love penetrates our lives then there is nothing stopping us from doing His will. No more are we controlled by the lusts of the flesh but are firm in the faith of Christ. Jesus does give us the will to live better. He gives us strength, each day that we seek Him. His peace is given freely to those that come to Him in prayer. Abide in Him and He will do mighty things in your life. All sins are forgiven in His presence. All addictions are put to shame. Lay down your pride and give Him your all. Let Jesus take hold of your life. May God be with you all till the end of time. Oh Lord, I find hope each day that I follow You. I believe in all the Bible says about You being our deliverer from sin. I know that You came to save us from our sins. Thank You for taking my sin upon Yourself on the cross. You didn’t have to do this for me but You did without thinking twice. You are the greatest example of love. Nobody has ever been so kind as You have to me. When all seemed lost You rescued me. You heard my cries and had mercy. Thank You for Your grace. I am forever Yours, Jesus. I love You

1Matthew 1:18-23 (KJV)
18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily.
20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.
22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

My life is dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus to the world. I love the Lord and want everyone to feel the same love. I would feel awful if I kept His joy to myself. For this I write daily devotionals to lead people to Christ. Jesus is the anchor of my soul.
