Born Again In Christ Jesus

The path that the world offers is temporary satisfaction. Don’t be fooled by the glitz and glamour it beholds. It is a smoke screen for the chains it wants to put you in. The feelings it offers is limited. It brings loneliness. Nothing ever is satisfactory. There is always something new that one needs to be happy. The joy it brings is confined to this earth. Anything we build up in it will one day perish. If our life goes on without the Lord than there is no restitution for our sins. All those that die in their sins have no place in heaven. Jesus is the Savior of the world. He died that we might live. He paid the price for all of our sins, small and great. His grace is sufficient for our salvation. We may not deserve it but He still offers it to us. It isn’t something to think twice about. Once our heart is convicted of the truth we must be born again. We must be willing to change our lives in order to be saved. Jesus has His arms wide open for all to receive Him. Come until Him with a broken heart. Turn to the Lord in repentance. This is the greatest decision of your life. There is true joy in this life and the life to come for all that believe in Jesus.

Have you been born again? Are you alive in Jesus? Is your faith sure in the Lord? Are you doing everything you can to follow Him? If you are unsure about these questions than turn to the Lord. The only way we can be sure of our salvation is if we are born again. We must be willing to give up everything to follow Jesus. A sign of our devotion to God is baptism. When we are buried in the water we are giving up our old life. When we come out of the water we are resurrected in newness of life. There is a change that takes place in one’s life. Sins are forgiven and life can start a new in Christ Jesus. Since the day I was born again my life has never been the same. For the first time in my life I am truly happy. I can feel the love of the Lord in my life and it brings me great joy. I am alive in Jesus. My search is over. I’ve found the One who brings me satisfaction beyond belief. His love is more real than anything I’ve ever known. I can feel the Lord’s presence when I pray. My desire is to honor the King of Kings. My heart is strengthened to know that there is rest in the Lord’s kingdom for His faithful. I love the Lord and I dream of the day to see His face.

John 3:1-5
1 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.
2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”
5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
