God has power to transform our lives. We may have been lost and fallen into dark paths but there is light at the end of the tunnel. If we might seek the Lord’s presence He will be with us. Lower your guards and let Him in. Pray mightily to God. He will hear your cries. Your hearts will be forgiven. His mercy will be upon you. Tears of joy will be shed. Your old life will be no more for we are forever changed by His hands. You will be called worthy before Him. You will know the Lord and see His calling in your life. Abram and Sarai were both changed before the Lord. He changed their names and their lives. God had made a covenant with them and they were forever changed. When our hearts are given over to God we are able to refocus on what’s most important. We are able to prioritize our time for Him. If He calls us to do something we will heed it. Time with the Lord in prayer will be more sincere. We will commune with Him often. His words will be in our hearts. Open your hearts to heaven. He will meet your every need. I love the Lord’s presence. He has awakened my every desire to serve Him. There is nothing more lovely than His love.
When God is among us there is nothing He cannot do. He has a plan for everyone. We never know what is in store for us. For Abraham, his wife was told, at age ninety nine years old, that she’d have a baby. How He responded to the Lord is very interesting. “Abraham fell on his face and laughed”. He couldn’t believe that they’d have any more children at their age. However, the Lord has power to do all things. It blew his mind that this miracle could happen in their lives. God’s glory is marvelous. Nothing can contain His glory. If we might give our lives to Jesus we will never be the same again. Trust in the Lord and He will do great things in your life. Oh Lord, our hope rests in You. You are most glorious above all. Through your grace I am forgiven. Thank you for your mercy. You changed my life and I am forever yours. You are the reason I am here. As I come before You I can feel the prayers of the faithful. Show us your power, Lord. We love your presence. Your glory is round about us. We sing hallelujah to your Name. You are most beautiful above all. We cannot contain our praise and worship. Be with us always. Let your will be done.
Genesis 17:15-19
15 Then God said to Abraham, “As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall be her name.
16 And I will bless her and also give you a son by her; then I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of peoples shall be from her.”
17 Then Abraham fell on his face and laughed, and said in his heart, “Shall a child be born to a man who is one hundred years old? And shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear a child?”
18 And Abraham said to God, “Oh, that Ishmael might live before You!”
19 Then God said: “No, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac; I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his descendants after him.
