Oh Lord, I pray that each one of us in the faith will allow You to use us for Your kingdom. Being part of Your body in the church is so important in my life, and I pray that it is like this for others also. That people will find out their own spiritual giftings for their lives. There is something special about to be bestowed upon believers if they would just lean on You for answers in their lives. When You become important to us, is when we are able to be taught and led by You, Jesus, who is our Lord and our God. I worship You, Jesus and give You praise and glory. I honor You, dear Savior. You are the Christ, who took away the sins of the world, while on the cross. Thank You for Your sacrifice. I owe all to You. For this reason, I serve You willingly without need of reward or recognition it is my prayer that You will continue to fill me up in the Holy Spirit. Lead me in the spiritual gifting for my life. I trust in You. I love You. Amen.

Oh Lord, I pray that we will continually remember You by way of communion. This is such an important time that we come together as Christians and partake of the supper of the Lord. Yes, Lord, it is an honor to partake of the bread and the cup, in order to remember Your body and the blood that was shed for us on the cross. These emblems we take of and hold in our hands are holy and so we partake of them when we are worthy. I would never wish to participate when I have fallen into sin, as Paul taught in 1 Corinthians 11. To jeopardize my relationship with You, in order to simply fit in with the crowd would be terrible. I know the importance of communion, but I do not wish to desecrate it with my unclean hands. Therefore, I will think upon what I have done for You this past week, and if the Spirit was with me, then I will partake. Living worthy in Your sight is what You expect of each one of Your true believers. And I know that more people in the faith would be walking in Your abundant light if they would simply turn to You in constant prayer. Many things have taken hold of people’s lives and hearts, which has also removed their relationship with You. This is sad that people in the faith have fallen away, but I pray for their safe return. You have led me safely back and I pray that many more people will return and be saved. In all things, I pray that Your will, will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Have Your way in my life and others in Your church today. I love You. Amen.

Oh Lord, I pray that each one of our minds will be steadfast on You. Help us to not be tempted by the evil one, but to stay in Your love. There is peace and hope for each person who puts their trust in You, but guilt and shame for those who do not. I often wonder where people’s hearts are really, who say they are for You. Do they live a life that is pleasing in Your sight, or do they work iniquity like the rest of the wicked and unbelievers? I know that our belief in You means a lot to those who truly love You, but very little to those who do not. When asked if they are a Christian, they may sit and pause for a minute before saying yes. Where deep down they know they have gone astray. Maybe, just maybe, does this conversation leads them back to You, Jesus, but I am afraid most people continue their same way of life after the fact. As for me, Lord, You are everything I need. Each day I have breath, it is because You gave it to me. I am alive today and other days in the past because of my will to serve You. Use me for Your kingdom, God, even until the end of my days. Lead me ever in Your light and from the hand of the evil one. I love You more than anything else. Amen.

Today’s Prayer (04/19/2021)
Oh Lord, I pray that people will get both feet on Your path of righteousness and stay thereon. Too many people have gone off course and our prayers go out to them daily, in order for these lost souls to come back to the faith. However, it is sad to say that only a few of them make it back and are saved. That is why I preach the need for people to start the race and finish it well. So I tell them to read and study the Bible daily, along with being in constant prayer. This will help them be drawn to You, Lord, and not ways of the evil one. Temptation is ramped up in this world and it so easy to get trapped in it. Thankfully, You have been on my side for all these many years and have not allowed me to go down the path of darkness, while staying there. If I have ever willfully sinned, I have gotten back on my two feet with Your mighty power, and have run back to Your safety. I know that I have sinned against You many times and I am so sorry for that. You have been so patient and merciful with me, though I have not deserved it. I should have been a castaway, where my prayers would never be answered again, but You continued to draw me near to You. Thank You, Lord. I often wonder why my life is important, and why You are giving me all these chances at salvation. Surely, You know that there is still work in the kingdom for me, and I am so grateful that You continue to allow me to work for You. And I pray, Lord, that as I run now on Your holy and righteous path, that I run well. There is a finish line ahead of me and it is heaven. I can’t wait to be in Your midst forever. I love You, Lord. You are my God and I worship You. Amen.

Oh Lord, I love You and cherish the moments I have with You in prayer. You are alive and active in my life and in others. Your presence is so amazing and I am in awestruck just to be with You. I worship You, God. I wish that all the world could know You, the only one true God in the heavens and earth. How other gods, except for You, Father, is a false god. I am speaking of You also Jesus, whom the Father also dwells. You are my God, as much as the Father and the Spirit are also. Truly, the Bible teaches that in the Holy Trinity, there is God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who are three person’s in one God. I believe what Your Word says. I will not add or take away from what has been spoken of in 1 John 5, verses 7, which reads, “for there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.” (1 John 5:7) Amen and amen. I don’t fully understand everything about You, God, but I know that You, Jesus, is the only way to heaven. There are many counterfeits out there, but I must follow You, Lord, to find true happiness and joy in this life and the next. Thank You for keeping me on Your holy and righteous path and not allowing me to believe in any other false gods. I was once a part of the Mormon church and also believed that I would become my own god when I die, but I am so happy that I am now out of that false religion. Only You are my God. I wish people would stop their false teachings, but I know this cannot happen. So I just pray that more people will come out of what is false and to You alone, Jesus. I love You. Amen.

Oh Lord, I pray for every marriage in my family, my friend’s families, co-workers, and others in this world also. What I am seeing are marriages that are struggling. People giving up hope because of a lack of love and trust in their marriage. Things have happened and they are now considering getting a divorce. This is so sad. Help them, Lord. I know that I have been very close to divorce also. Thank You, God, that it did not happen and I am still with my wife after 14, almost 15 years. Time has passed by faster than I thought. My two daughters are growing up before my eyes and I am so grateful that they did not have to deal with separate families because of divorce. Sure, my wife and I don’t always get along. We have our shortcomings and a number of arguments also. The only thing that has kept this marriage together is my great faith in You, Jesus. If you were not with me, then I may have given up a long time ago. So thank You for Your daily encouragement to carry on and to trust that things will get better. The same I hope and pray for other marriages also. If other couples would just look to You in faith, then the thoughts of divorce would leave them. You are our Savior, Jesus. I trust in You. Amen.

Oh Lord, I pray that we will learn to respect the opposite sex, as You respect each one of us also. So often when we are in the midst of dating we let our hormones get out of hand and we do things that we soon regret. We no longer feel the pleasure that we did in the moment, but regret for the filth that we got ourselves in. How we joined ourselves with another person sexually outside of marriage, when we knew that it was fornication and wrong in Your sight. This is like joining our flesh with a harlot and allowing ourselves to no longer be joined with You, but what they offer instead. I know that this was my life before meeting my wife. Because I was far from You, Lord, the lusts of the flesh was all I cared about. Of course, now I know how wrong I was since You are in my life now. It is amazing that You could save a wretch like me, although I should have been cast off long ago into the pits of hell. There was so much shame and guilt built up in my life, even after I got married. Thankfully, You heard my prayers and welcomed me home in Your presence. There is mercy for my lost soul and others. Praise God. Thank You, Jesus. It is my prayer that people will learn to respect one another and keep sex within marriage. But if people cannot resist, that they pray for help and the next steps towards marriage. You can lead anyone on Your righteous path, and also help them have a marriage that is full of love and respect on both sides. I believe this with all my heart. I love You. Amen.

Oh Lord, I pray that more people in all the world will come to know You. And I am not just speaking of You showing Yourself to them in dreams and visions, but also through true believers who really love and honor You. So raise up more witnesses, that more people may come to know You, Jesus, and be saved. I love to go on the streets and tell people about You, Jesus, but only a few people are doing the same. And it has become even more worse than I thought. Because of this global pandemic, people are giving in to what the authorities are telling them. Not only are they allowing themselves to be shot with untested vaccines, but they are wearing masks and don’t wish to come in close contact with people anymore. I have seen this on the streets also which is sad. And what this has caused are people who are now afraid to evangelize and get close to people, in order to share Your love with them. I wish I could wake people up to serve You, but too many people are good with how their lives are now. Even many churches have stopped evangelism efforts, which is very sad. All I know is that You are my God and can do all things. So I trust that people will get that new desire to still serve You, even in the times we are in now. I believe in You, Jesus. I love You. Amen.
