Lord, I pray that my thoughts will always be for You. That You will continue to lead me by the hand, and that the enemy will not overpower me. I do not wish to make the wrong decisions in life, which will only draw me away from Your presence. Doing this has only caused me to be in more pain and anguish than I desire. It also causes me to be full of guilt, because of my sins. Therefore, I know that in these times I have let You down and I am sorry. It is not my intention to go the opposite way in life but to be on Your righteous path. So I ask that You will forgive me, and not allow my flesh to fall down into sin because it is weak. You are my strong tower and my deliver, so I know that You can give me the strength to overcome sin, that I may no longer walk in it. And I come to You for full deliverance from the enemy. I need You in my life, Lord. Come and make a place in my heart, and in my mind, and in my soul. I love You, and I will show this through my obedience to You now. My ways are filthy, but if You are leading me, then they are righteous. Lord, I don’t only wish to be fulfilled in Your love, but also show Your great love to everyone I meet. Cause me to be filled with the Holy Spirit, that Your kindness, gentleness, meekness, love, compassion, mercy, and patience will be shown towards all people. No person will be excluded, for every wall is torn down with Your love in my life. Every person that has wronged me is now forgiven, and hardships are mended because You are working in me. I trust in You, Lord. I love You, God. I give You praise and worship You now. Amen.

2 Samuel 2:1-4
2 Samuel 2:1-4 (KJV)
1 And it came to pass after this, that David enquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I go up into any of the cities of Judah? And the Lord said unto him, Go up. And David said, Whither shall I go up? And he said, Unto Hebron.
2 So David went up thither, and his two wives also, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail Nabal’s wife the Carmelite.
3 And his men that were with him did David bring up, every man with his household: and they dwelt in the cities of Hebron.
4 And the men of Judah came, and there they anointed David king over the house of Judah. And they told David, saying, That the men of Jabeshgilead were they that buried Saul.
