God’s judgments Are Upon The Wicked

So many people do not fear God, nor do they sanctify Him anymore. Because of this, they will be dealt with harshly come judgement day. Even at His Second coming , He will not be so kind, as the wicked will be utterly destroyed. This is if they do not repent. Because they deny the Lord, His just punishments will be upon them. Jesus explains this reason. He said, 2“he that believeth not is condemned already” and because 2“men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.” God told Isaiah that these wicked people 1“shall be broken in pieces.” He will come when we least expect it and anyone that is unprepared will be against Him. This is because these people associated themselves with the things of this world instead of God. They forgot their God and therefore, will pay the consequences. In all this, the Lord told Isaiah something important, 1“take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.” The Lord God, 1“O Immanuel”, will come again and only the righteous will stand, for they took counsel in their Lord and King. When God tells us to not associate with the heathen, we better listen up, especially when He comes to us with a stern voice, for He means business. And this is exactly how He gave this prophesy to Isaiah. It is recorded, 1“For the Lord spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people.” This is important to note that God came to Isaiah with a 1“strong hand”, for His warnings should never be taken lightly.

God said that although the people, in his time, may not agree with his stance on God and His laws, he had no need to fear them, but to stay firm in his faith. More importantly, the Lord said, 1“neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.” And why do you think the Lord said this to him? It is because God was with him. He may stand out like a sore thumb among his people, but God would protect Him. The Lord also told him something important to do. He said, 1“sanctify the Lord of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.” Instead of fearing what the people of the world could do to you, instead fear God. However, in all this, he knew that many people will not pick the right path, even though Isaiah the prophet would try to reach them. The Lord explained that 1“many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.” Therefore, lest he go the same route as them, God said, “bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.” This is very important for Him and the followers of God then but for us also. When God’s commands are written on our hearts also, we will remember Him and not be among those that stumble. Isaiah’s response to God’s call is wonderful and I pray that everyone will say the same thing. He said, 1“I will wait upon the Lord, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.” May you seek the Lord and allow Him to be with you, starting today also. Don’t put this off but make Jesus, your Lord and King. Allow Him to cleanse you of all sin.

Let us pray:
Lord, I know that what I have to share with this lost generation will only influence those that are truly seeking You and have an open heart. For this reason, each time I go out in your harvest, I just pray that You lead me to the one that is ready to receive You. I pray that You are my hands and feet and open my mouth to speak. For what I have to say is meaningless but Your words are for salvation. I need the Holy Spirit with me always, that people’s hearts will be pricked and follow You. May the people of this world come to a knowledge of You, Jesus, for salvation. May not all the wicked be destroyed at Your coming. I pray that even a few of them will repent and come to a relationship with You, God, before the end is come. I know that people will reject me, but I have nothing to fear, for You are with me. You are my rock and my fortress. Though these people are stumbling through this life and are in darkness, I know that my feet are on solid ground. Where I walk, there is light and light abundant. There is no guilt or shame but love and peace fills the atmosphere. Because You have broken every chain of addiction in my life, I am set free. I come to You Lord, for there is no one that has the power to save but You, Jesus. I trust in You Lord. You are my healer and my Mighty God. I am strengthened each day that I seek You. You are my hope and I love You. Amen.
