The Lord Jesus is our judge. He can see who is for Him and who is against Him. Those that oppress His people also oppress Him. His wrath is over everyone that is cruel to us and put a burden upon our shoulders. As David said, He 1“executeth judgment for the oppressed”. Those that have treated us unfairly, He will judge with wrath, lest they repent. Those that oppose God, are also fighting against what is right. For this reason, 1“the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.” Everyone that lives in harsh conditions, He extends His love for them. 1“The Lord looseth the prisoners.” Their pain and suffering will soon turn to peace. Even in their burdens, does the Lord come to them, that they may be light. He makes himself known to everyone, sometimes in prayer, through reading the Bible, dreams, visions, our conscious, and other people. However, only the humble and open hearted, are those that acknowledge His counsel. Even in our brokenness, does the Lord God come and bring us peace. While in the world, we are so blinded, and this is the best time to heed the promptings of the Lord. In so doing, we are led from darkness and into His light. Those that follow Jesus have no fear. This is because their eyes are opened. They are no longer dead but raised up into newness of life. Because of God’s great love for us, He opens up the way and gives us direction.
The Lord is the giver of all things good. His love is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. He has offered me and you His living water, that we may not thirst. The bread that He offers, 2“giveth life unto the world.” God surely 1“giveth food to the hungry” and does so through Christ the Lord. Jesus said, 2“I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.” Our souls are well nourished, as we come unto Jesus and trust in Him. “Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help.” They are forever blessed. The Lord Jesus is the Savior of the world. We are nourished by His great love and abundant peace, while in this life and the next. I trust in Jesus, who gives life. My 1“hope is in the Lord.” There is truth in Him. Seek Him and You shall know the way. Open your hearts to God and no longer put 1“your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.” People can betray us. Find the truthfulness of God in the Bible. Test your beliefs with what the Word of God teaches, that you may not be led astray. I have done this and decided it is better to learn what is right and unlearn what is false. The Lord’s ways are higher than my own and I trust in Him for answers. This has moved me to worship God and praise His holy Name. 1“While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.”
Let us pray:
Oh Lord, You are so good to me. Your love amazes me. Each time I fall, You pick me back up and have mercy for my soul. Only You can be kind. Every time I come to you, I left in ah. You never give up on me but continue to give me strength. Thank You for coming into my life. I was so lost without You. I had nothing to live for. My conscience was heavy, because of all my guilt and shame. It is You that has come and has had mercy upon my soul. Through Your great love, I am forgiven. Because of Your compassion, I am a new person. You have breathed new life into my soul. My eyes are opened and I can see. There is direction in my life, for You are my guide. I am nourished every day in the Word. You speak to my heart and help me know the way. I know that You are there. I love You. Amen.
