Sorry Mormons, No Second Chances Come Death: Part 3

“For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.” (Hebrews 9:26-28)

There are NO second chances after death. NO exaltation to Godhood. And NO marriage in heaven. So NO need for Mormon temples. What these people need to understand is that their version of the afterlife is skewed. What the Bible truly teaches is the following. Upon dying, our bodies go to the grave, while our spirits leave our bodies. This is when we are immediately judged by God. This is when we are led to hell or to paradise by an angel of God. So into the light or into the darkness we will go. It will be amazing to go into the light and see a place so beautiful and perfect as paradise. Those who venture into the darkness will encounter a foul-smelling, suffocating, agonizing, and thoroughly unpleasant place. And if judged, then there is no forgiveness after this point. This equals no more second chances. Because of this first judgment, we pass on to the place where God feels we are should be unto the resurrection. Our life here merits what happens in the next. The place we end up will either be behind God’s throne in heaven, which is paradise, or, where I believe is the center of the earth, which is in hell. Nobody is destined to go to either place until their last breath. Can they be on the path of destruction? Yes, and we are to warn them.

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:4-8)

Only those who make it to paradise will be resurrected to life eternal and be able to eat of the tree of life. There is no more sorrow, pain, or death. It is here that we receive our rewards. As for the wicked, they will go before Jesus and find out that their names are not in the Lambs’ book of life. I am talking about willful sinners and unbelievers in this life. These are those who live these types of lifestyle… Are fearful when it comes to doing God’s will. They know what it means to be led by God but never let Him influence them because of this fear. These are the atheists and agnostics. The abominable are those who are unnatural in their sexuality and choose to live a homosexual lifestyle. Those who have abortions are murderers also. The whoremongers are fornicators, adulterers, and porn watchers. Sorcerers are those who are into magic and do illicit drugs. Idolaters are people who worship sports, people, and other Gods. Liars are also on this list. These people have no second chances as Revelation indicates. They will hear God say, “I never knew you.” “Depart from me”, while being cast into the lake of fire, which is the second death. Don’t be on this list but allow Jesus to cleanse you from within. Let God take hold of you and you shall be saved. Amen.
