People in the Mormon Church look to Joseph Smith as an idol and God. They sing praises to this dead man called, “Praise to the Man”, have statues made for him, and even commemorate his birthday. His teachings are like gold in the members of this church’s minds. What is even sadder than all this idolatry is that they believe that Joseph Smith is their passport to go to heaven. Without going through Him, people cannot pass through into heaven. This is a blatant lie and is leading people to hell by teaching this. A huge red flag from a cult for sure. “President Brigham Young uttered this bold statement: Joseph Smith holds the keys of this last dispensation, and is now engaged behind the vail in the great work of the last days. I can tell our beloved brother Christians … that no man or woman in this dispensation will ever enter into the celestial kingdom of God without the consent of Joseph Smith. From the day that the Priesthood was taken from the earth to the winding-up scene of all things, every man and woman must have the certificate of Joseph Smith, junior, as a passport to their entrance into the mansion where God and Christ are.” (Joseph Smith: Legacy of a Prophet – Robert L. Miller – 1994) This is utter blasphemy, which God hates!
This heresy that is being taught that Joseph Smith needs to let people into heaven and not Jesus makes Joseph their mediator too. This is a blatant lie that was manufactured through Satan himself. Mormonism is of the devil. The truth is, that only Jesus can open the doorway to heaven. People cannot pass through anyone else but God to enter heaven. Jesus said, “for God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) Believe and Jesus and be saved, not Joseph. It is written, “Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:5,6) Jesus is the way to heaven, not Joseph. Lastly, Paul said, “for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.” (1 Timothy 2:5,6) Jesus is our mediator between us and the Father, not Joseph. Heaven will be opened unto us through Christ alone, not Joseph. Mormons need to wake up to these lies about Joseph Smith. These teachings are sending people to hell. Amen.

Oh Lord, I am truly hoping and praying that more people in the Mormon cult will come out of it in due time. Right now they are on a path of destruction and the end thereof is hell. I am trying to pull many of them out of the fire on a daily basis, but it is a struggle. Many of these people do not listen even when the Holy Spirit is at work over messenger and calls. It is like they have already heard the truth in their own minds and don’t have any more desire to learn. What I say is then unheard and therefore, thrown out the window. Lord, I have spoken to hundreds of Mormon missionaries over these many years and hope that a few of them have come out of it. My heart is just burdened for these lost people. I am hoping that some of these individuals have surrendered their lives to You and have now found a good Bible-believing church to attend. Only through You, Jesus, can we be saved, not a many who makes himself out to like God. I am speaking of an evil man called, Joseph Smith. His pride and false doctrines have caused my family and friends to go down the same path to hell as he has. I am burdened by this and pray that people in this cult will wake up to their false beliefs while they still have time. I love You, Lord. I give You praise. Amen.
