It is my desire to warn every one of the dangers of Halloween, before they go out and participate in it. So if you believe in Jesus, then know that Halloween is the devil’s holiday and stay clear from its evil influences. This means to not decorate your house, to not go to haunted houses, to not go to Halloween parties, to not go to mazes where you will get spooked, and to not go to paint ball events where you can shoot zombies. We are also advised to not watch anything to do with Halloween, witchcraft, or horror films on TV or theaters. And lastly, to not go out trick or treating. Because this day is evil, you must stay away from every aspect of it, or else the devil could suck you into his demonic realm without you realizing it. You may not see it this way, but if you give yourself over to what is evil and dark on this day, then you are in Satan’s hands. He can then do as he pleases in your life, and you will have little or no defense to deflect his fiery darts. Have you ever wondered why you get lustful thoughts in your mind, or desire to have illicit sex with the same or opposite sex, or desire to drink beer and alcohol, or do drugs, or desire things you shouldn’t, or have bad dreams? All this happens when we forget God, even for a day, and give ourselves over to doing what is evil and sinful in God’s sight. You can’t expect to be right with God if you are participating in any types events on Halloween. Surely, your conscience should be acting up, but the more you do what is evil, the less likely you will even know what is right or wrong in this world anymore. This is because your conscience is masked with what you now think is right, instead of what God says, through what He says in the Bible.
Did you not know that the bible says, 1“have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.” (Ephesians 5:11) Or, that we should 3“abstain from all appearance of evil.” (1 Thessalonians 5:22) So why do you continue to participate in Halloween, when it contains the works of darkness, which is evil? Instead, you should be speaking out against it. Surely, 1“ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.” (1 Corinthians 10:21) So, who’s side are you really on? Why would you continue to do things on Halloween or the days prior that have to do with it, when you know deep down in your heart that it is wrong? You cannot be for the Lord and still do the works of Satan. Therefore, these dark and evil things must be cast out of your life, by the hand of God. Otherwise, if you are calling yourself saved, while continuing to celebrate Halloween, you are really mocking God. You cannot say you love the lord, and then stab Him in the back by doing the works of the devil. Do you not know that participating in Halloween brings curses from the demonic realm into your life. For this reason, we need to allow God to break those curses, if they are currently active. This holiday is surely an abomination to God. No person can say they love Him and still participate in it. So if you have been involved in this holiday, repent! And again I say, repent! Allow the Lord to break you free from the demonic forces in your life. Don’t play with fire, but allow the Lord to cleanse you from all sin. Then, will you be strengthened by His hand, in order to withstand the devil and his temptations.
Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I pray for salvation in Your mighty Name, Jesus. May people come out of the darkness of this world and desire to follow You. Only You can lead them out of the darkness that they are in now and bring them into Your light. You have the power to save them, but they need to make the choice, starting today, to repent of their sins and do what You say is right. Then, will they no longer do or think for themselves any longer. To many people, Lord, are making it seem like there is no big deal with celebrating Halloween, when the Spirit convicts me and others in the faith that it is wrong. This tells me that what is good is no longer known by people in this world. They need Your guidance and direction, but their hearts are closed off to You. If they were open, then they would humble themselves before You and be willing to lay down anything that is causing them to be a stumbling block at your feet. You can do miracles in their lives and cause them to seek after what is holy and righteous, but they must lend an ear to You. It is my desire, Lord, to help people that are influenced by the devil, and to help lead them out of it. Shine Your light upon me, that many people will see the dangers ahead of them, if they continue to go down that road of destruction. Open my mouth, that I might speak wisdom to those that are asleep in this world. It is my prayer that they may wake up to know You, Lord. There is salvation still for those that want to stand apart from the wickedness of this world, and instead stand upon Your righteousness. Your ways lead to life eternal and I am grateful to know them. To obey you is a blessing. I love You, Lord. Amen.

11 Corinthians 10:1-23 (KJV)
1 Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
2 And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
3 And did all eat the same spiritual meat;
4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
5 But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
6 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
7 Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
8 Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.
9 Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.
10 Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.
11 Now all these things happened unto them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.
12 Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.
13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
14 Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.
15 I speak as to wise men; judge ye what I say.
16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?
17 For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.
18 Behold Israel after the flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar?
19 What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing?
20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.
22 Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?
23 All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.
2Ephesians 5:1-21 (KJV)
1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.
13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.
14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
31 Thessalonians 5 (KJV)
1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
12 And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;
13 And to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. And be at peace among yourselves.
14 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.
15 See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
16 Rejoice evermore.
17 Pray without ceasing.
18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
19 Quench not the Spirit.
20 Despise not prophesyings.
21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
25 Brethren, pray for us.
26 Greet all the brethren with an holy kiss.
27 I charge you by the Lord that this epistle be read unto all the holy brethren.
28 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
