1There is one true and living God and He deserves all the power and glory. Our God is over all the earth. The earth is His footstool and He has the power to do all things. The Lord God is majestic in every way possible. His power is endless. 3He is our gracious Father and welcomes in every person that believes in Jesus Christ. We are called the children of God through our faith in the Son of God. His mercy never fails. 4God sent His son to die for all mankind. On the cross, Jesus paid the price for our sins. His blood ran red that we might be healed. We are the offspring of a God that saves. Jesus is the author of our salvation. 4He is the Savior of the world. We would be lost forever, if He had not come down to die for our sins. We ought to honor God and give Him thanks. With all your soul, worship the King of Glory. Rejoice for you were once lost but have now been found. You were blind but can now see. David rejoiced when he prayed, 2“Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.” He gave honor and praise to God Almighty. He put His trust in Him for God heard his prayers. In his transgressions, the Lord purged them away. He was a new man in Christ the Lord. If you could just experience the goodness of God, you would know firsthand that His love is forever.
My soul rejoiceth, for I am no longer dead but alive in Christ the Lord. I give Him all my praise and worship for I am saved. He has called me into His fold and I greatly rejoice in His mighty presence. 2“Blessed is the man whom thou choosest” to walk in the ways of the Lord. Every person that humbles themselves to follow Jesus are greatly blessed. We may be weak in our own ways but strong in our walk with God. 2Though we may be afraid of what future lies ahead of us, confidence is replaced when our trust is in God. 4We are given boldness to pursue a new life in the ways of the Spirit. Everyone that is for Jesus, in word and deed, is 2“girded with power”. We have the ability to escape the temptations of the evil one for God is with us. This new faith elevates us to new heights that we never though were possible. This path is enlightening. God knows all things. When we heed His counsel, we are able to grow in the truths of God. He showers down wisdom upon those that seek His face. We understand our purpose in life. Come to know God and your desires to live for God will be elevated. At the same time your sinful nature will greatly decreased once your eyes are set on God.
Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I praise Your Holy Name. You are the rock of my salvation. You are the reason why I live. I am alive because of You. You have brought me to this place. You have done such great things in my life. You have shown me what it is like to live a life for You. I am so much more happy. Nothing in this world compares to Your great love. How awesome is Your goodness? You are so good to me. I don’t even deserve such love and affection but You still show it, none the less. I am blessed to be in Your presence. Thank You for pulling me out of a destructive lifestyle. I am indebted to You. I will follow You, till the ends of time. I love You. Amen.
