If you say you are already full then you have no need for God. Your delight comes from others things beside Him and you are well off already. You fill your day with activities that pull yourself away from following God. This type of lifestyle only leads to destruction. Your happiness in other things beside God will not carry you towards heaven. Only your faith In Jesus will matter in the end. 2The Lord knows his sheep for they hear his voice and come unto Him. They do His will at all costs. His goodness is far greater than what is found in the world. There excitement is in serving the Lord and learning of Him, through His Word. If you hunger and thirst after God then you will be filled with the Spirit. God will do things in your life you never thought were possible. Those of you that are content in life and don’t need God, beware of the future ahead of you. Heed God’s counsel before time is up. Give your life to Jesus and let Him cleanse you from all sin. You may be laughing and having a good time now, without God, but in the end you shall utterly weep. If you don’t build upon the foundation of Jesus, in this life, then you shall mourn for eternity in hell. How sad is this, for if you just opened up to God and truly believed in Jesus you could have been eternally filled with His joy in heaven.
How blessed is the person who seeks after the Lord for they shall be filled. They shall be engulfed with the Holy Spirit. They shall no longer wander from God’s path for He shall be their guide. Jesus taught, 1“Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled.” We can’t even imagine the wonderful things Jesus has in store for those that love Him. He is all powerful and can do amazing things in our lives if we let Him. He can make us become a warrior to bring forth His gospel to the world. We are mightier with Spirit in our life. If you feast upon the words of the Bible then God’s teachings will be implanted on your heart. In times of trouble, His words will give you peace. 3This is because the Word of God is alive and when we remember the words therein, it is God himself speaking to our hearts. All it takes is an open heart to His message of hope. To all the closed minded people, God says, Wake Up! Wake from your slumber and learn from the King of glory. He is calling out your name. Jesus said, 1“woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation. Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger.” Your riches in the things of this world will only last a moment. After death comes eternity in heaven or hell. The only sure destination to heaven is our faith in Jesus Christ.
Let us pray:
May everyone that knows You, Lord, walk in Your ways. May our hunger for other things more than you come to halt. You are more important than what this world offers. Please help others to see this. Help them to see the destruction they are heading towards if they don’t change now. More people need to make you are priority in life. Hungering for your Word has died down even among so called Christians. Wake them up to learn of You. I am saddened by the choices people are making, these days. People would rather find temporary happiness than to find it in You. Lord, lead me to them that I might help You in the harvest. Use me to be Your messenger to bring souls to Your Kingdom. Lord, my heart hungers for Your Words. The Bible speaks mightily to my ears. I love to know You better. You are my delight. It is a pleasure to obey You. I love You. Amen.

16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
