The light that shines upon us all is our Lord, Jesus. He is the chosen Messiah, who was born to save us all from our sins.
In verse 11, we learn more about people’ pride and how it is ultimately what will have them pay dearly for their sins.
What does the Bible say about abominations to God and what is sinful in His eyes? Well, today we will look into two passages of scripture, in order to answer this question.
So what does it make a person that forgets God’s commandments and still says that they have faith in and know the Lord Jesus?
Our lives are set free through the blood of Christ. Rise up and fill your time in prayer and reading the Word of God.
Anyone that harms a child, has God’s wrath upon them. Only a person that repents of their sins and is made right with Jesus will be saved.
It is clear that when Jesus says our whole body is in darkness, if He is not a part of it, that this should mean something to us.
Even though I have never seen the Lord I believe in Him. I can feel His presence. The Spirit testifies that He lives.
How I love You, my Lord. My praises will never tell You the great love I have for You in my heart. When I sing to your Name I am filled with great joy.
People are not born into an illness or deficiency because of sin. Neither is this the case when health problems fall onto a person.
I am sorry Jesus for my sins. You are my Lord and I can see how far I have strayed from You now. My life is a mess without You.
While in the service of God there will be persecution, even to the point of death. Nobody said that being a witness for Christ will come easy, instead it comes with a lot of hard work and tears.
It is because the eyes of the Israelite people are darkened is “that they may not see”. In this, do they walk contrary to God and not even realize it.
Nothing we hold of value will be available in the next life. Seek God’s righteousness and you will find true joy.
As I speak these things, as do Paul, “I trust that ye shall know that we are not reprobates.” We know the dangers of living in sin and not in the purity of God’s love and are here to warn you.
As couples, we are to seek the Lord daily and learn from Him each day of our lives. We do this by reading and studying the Bible together as a couple and praying often
The thing about sin is it is detrimental to our lives and our walk with God. Because it hardens our hearts to God and leads us to do things that are wicked, His presence is no longer in our lives either to protect us.
Nothing will give us eternal satisfaction but God. There is hope for any of you that have fallen away from God.
