"And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not." (Revelation 10:4 – KJV)

Notable changes to Revelation 10:4:
• KJV: What the seven thunders uttered, they were not to be written down but sealed up. It is written, "seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not."
• JST: What the seven thunders uttered, they were not to be written down but are already sealed up. It is written, "those things are sealed up which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not."

The King James Version (KJV) of Revelation 10:4 describes the author, John. He is about to write down what the seven thunders had uttered. However, he hears a voice from heaven telling him to "seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not." This command suggests that the things spoken by the seven thunders are of a confidential or mysterious nature. They are not to be recorded or revealed. The JST also changes the emphasis from the command to seal up the things uttered by the seven thunders. The statement was modified to encompass things that were already sealed. This alteration suggests that John got the vision wrong, as what was written down was already sealed up. Joseph Smith is calling John a liar the moment he changed this verse.

The verse says to “seal up” in the KJV, but is changed to “are sealed up” in the JST. In looking at the details, the following phrase was changed. “Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not” (KJV) is changed to “those things are sealed up which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not” (JST). The true translation teaches us that what the seven thunders uttered needed to be sealed up. It is wrong to say that it was already sealed. Is this a work of God to change what the Bible has already said? Absolutely not. So, who drove Joseph Smith to do this? It was Satan. Joseph fully corrupted the Bible while calling his own translation the Inspired Version. Why Mormons continue to declare this man as a prophet of God doesn't make any sense.

"And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever." (Revelation 20:10)

In his writings, John the Apostle vividly describes the fate of the beast and the false prophet. It speaks of their ultimate demise, and being cast into the fiery lake. Strikingly similar fate, one can assert, awaits Joseph Smith. John argues that once the final judgment is cast upon the world, Smith, like the false prophet, will find himself thrown into the lake of fire.

John remains adamant that God's word will not be altered by divine intervention, but rather tainted by human hands. I am specifically talking about people like Joseph Smith. Smith is accused of grossly distorting the scriptures, with his so-called 'Inspired Version'. This fabrication of the KJV Bible was done under Satan's influence. Smith's actions have led the Mormon community into grave error, giving into false doctrines. Accepting him as a prophet was a big mistake. What he did was blaspheme God through his tampering with the Bible. This is why the full weight of God's wrath presses down upon Smith, as he endures the torments of hell.

The controversy stems from Joseph Smith's revision of the Bible. In possession of a King James Bible (KJV), Smith chose to rewrite it. This led to the creation of the Joseph Smith Translation (JST). This work is riddled with more than 3400 alterations. This includes significant changes to the Book of Revelation, and Smith adding many extra verses to the Biblical text.

Death and hell are the immediate repercussions befalling Smith for his actions. In moments darkened by fear and regret, Smith yearns to return from the grave. He wishes to warn those he misled, but is unable to. Divine messengers are dispatched from God to provide guidance, although many people reject them. Those who follow Joseph Smith also disregarded God's true witnesses over the years. Therefore, they are sealed with the same fate alongside him. As judgment day looms, there is a harrowing picture of Joseph Smith and his followers. Those who are deceived by similar false prophets are doomed to discover their absence from the book of life. They will face the dire consequences of their deeds in the lake of fire. This is the second death, where there is no prospect of redemption.

By agreeing with Joseph Smith's actions, you are saying you agree with the manipulation of the Biblical text. Every change made to the KJV was, in his view, a deliberate act of defiance against the genuine scriptures. These revisions extended even to the Book of Revelation, which carries a stark warning against such alterations. There will be justice for what happened to the Bible, and divine retribution is assured for Smith's additions to scripture. He will face inevitable exclusion from God's kingdom, and is doomed to experience the second death. Where he will reside eternally in the lake of fire.

Finally, the Joseph Smith Translation is not of God. By Smith's own admission, he found the Bible lacking and took it upon himself to correct it. In so doing, Smith has garnered upon himself the plagues spoken of in the Book of Revelation. This removes any chance of Him obtaining eternal life. Instead, he is experiencing the torments of hell. These consequences will apply from now until judgment is handed to him. Smith's anguish will extend beyond the mortal coil into a resurrection followed by a final, irrevocable death. This is prophesied by the Bible. Amen.
