I am not ashamed of Jesus, for helping Mormons know what He said in the Bible is key for them to knowing Him. This is also unto salvation. His truths should be known and taught by true Christians. If not, then I wonder why people declare Jesus as Lord, when they do not believe what He said. Therefore, I will continue to declare what Jesus said no matter what people may say. One such teaching comes from the Book of John, where Jesus said nobody in the flesh has seen the Father. This in itself puts a huge damper upon the Mormon’s first false prophet, Joseph Smith, and him saying he saw Jesus and the Father. What would Jesus say to such nonsense? He would say the following, “no man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.” (John 1:18) This cannot be even more clear. For anyone to say that they have seen the Father in the flesh, they are simply lying. Not once has the Father ever appeared unto someone in person, and Jesus declares the same thing. My friends, there are many people out there just trying to deceive people. Put your trust in Jesus, not man.
Paul, whom Jesus spoke to, said the following about truth. “This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.” (2 Corinthians 13:1) Therefore, in Jesus’s message, where He teaches that nobody has seen the Father will be shown in another passage of scripture for it to show its truthfulness. As Jesus’s words are recorded in John, chapter 1, we will now see what is also recorded in John, chapter 6. It is was taught, “it is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me. Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father.” (John 6:45,46) Jesus is speaking of the Only Begotten Son, who is Jesus. This is Jesus referring to Himself seeing the Father, not people on earth. While in this flesh and in this life, we will never see the Father and live. Therefore, I have to ask every Mormon, why not accept what Jesus said about nobody being able to see the Father and living? All I ask is for you to stop denying what Jesus said and trust in Him and His words. Amen.
Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I pray for the salvation of the Mormon people. They may not know this about me, but I truly care for them. I only have their best interests at heart for them. All I hope for is that more people will come out of their cult and find You, Jesus, for salvation. They will need to do the following first, which is to accept what You have taught in scripture, not what their false prophets have taught them. Their feel-good message about eternal marriage is squashed by your teaching, Jesus, that there is no marriage in heaven. Their doctrine of exaltation to godhood is squashed by your teaching of us being like unto angels. Their story of Joseph Smith seeing the Father is squashed by You saying that nobody has seen the Father. Their teaching of the Father having a body is squashed by You teaching that the Father is Spirit. And so I ask them, Lord, Why not accept what You have taught in the Bible, and just say they believe in You. Many people will say on that day, Lord, Lord, but they never knew You and You didn’t know them. Lord, I have family and friends in the Mormon cult. Bring more of them out of it in Jesus’s Name, I pray. I love You, Lord. I give you praise. Amen.
