The verse that Mormons take out of context in the Bible, more than any other, comes in 1 Corinthians 15, verse 29.

Any person who presumes to speak for God and doesn’t is a liar. These people cannot be trusted.

22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.
We do not regard Joseph Smith as a prophet of God. His false prophesies is just the icing on the cake as to why.
The moment a person hardens their heart toward a person in need they are also walking in darkness without God in their life.

Joseph Smith claimed to have a revelation from the Lord concerning the Civil War in 1832. The details of this prophecy did not come to pass and is false.
Joseph Smith had many false prophecies, one being the building of the Missouri temple n his time. He cannot be trusted.

Joseph Smith died after giving so many false prophecies, for example, the coming of Jesus in 1891. It is evident that God was not with him.

A very evil teaching in the Mormon church is patriarchal blessings. This is when men in their church pronounce false prophecies over people.
For someone to purposely alter the Bible and change what it says, that would make the person a false prophet.

To mingle with gods is to pray to and worship false gods. This is evil and abominable in the Lord, our God’s sight.
Deuteronomy 17:16,17 (KJV)
16 But he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses: forasmuch as the Lord hath said unto you, Ye shall henceforth return no more that way.
17 Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart turn not away: neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and gold.
Polygamy is not of God according to the Bible, although the God of Mormonism is confused on this matter.
It is an abomination to call upon dead people. This is called necromancy, which God frowns upon and also condemns.
The two greatest commandments were part of the old law. They help us love God and our neighbor as ourselves.
There is only one true God in the heavens. Believing in and/or worshipping other gods is idolatry, which God hates.
The Lord will render vengeance to His adversaries. The wicked are punished for the things they do against God.

10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
When we go out in faith for Christ, this is when He also does a work in us like no other. Open your mouth and He will fill it.
God knows every animal and their make up, just like He knows us. All of God’s creation have their unique purpose in His kingdom.
