Lord God, I am so grateful for Your sacrifice for sins. Surely, it was nothing You were forced to do but willingly suffered, that we might live. You took every scourge and beating for us....

It is during the time that God looked away and Jesus was to suffer on His own, is when He took upon Himself our sins.
