Jesus is God and stands supreme among the angelic realm, who are the sons of God, or gods.
However, on earth, there are wicked judges.
It is important to ask Jesus to judge us, convict us of our sins, deliver us, and then plead our case before the Father.
God can see through every person in this life. Nobody can hide who they really are in His awesome sight.
If we judge one another wrongfully, those same judgment calls are upon our own heads. Therefore, seek God’s guidance in all things.
There is a way to judge people righteously. This is important to know, but we can only accomplish this when the Holy Spirit is with us.
In John’s vision, he also saw people be given thrones in heaven and even the ability to judge. He also saw the people that were beheaded, because of their faith in Christ.
Now the vision continues as praises ring out in the heavens above. Everyone that has a voice to say anything is crying out in thanksgiving to Jesus, our Savior.
The scribes were the teachers of the law. They prided themselves on their knowledge of the law of Moses.
As for those people that have either rejected the Lord Jesus in their lives or didn’t show fruits of their faith, they will have a very different outcome, come judgement day.
Those that die in their faith, have done more than just believe. They have realized that faith without works is dead and therefore did as God’s Word says.
There is power in the name of Jesus. Trust in Him and He will give you strength. We can do all things in Christ Jesus.
The Lord is the giver of all things good. His love is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. He has offered me and you His living water, that we may not thirst.
Those whose hearts are closed off to God’s will, in their life, are on a slippery slope to hell. Unless they open their hearts to God, they will surely die in their sins.
Acts 17:30-32 (KJV) 30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: 31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge
Too many so-called Christians have died and gone to hell because they thought their own good works would save them.
One day soon, the wicked will tremble before the Lord in judgement. They may not be so keen to is judgements now but after death they will have no choice but to surrender to Him.
Thank the Lord for caring so deeply for your life. Without even thinking about it, God helps us get back on His path of righteousness.
Let us now review our own lives before God. If you died today, would you be ready to meet Jesus in judgement?
If you have not given your life to Jesus than do it today. We must be washed clean through the blood of Jesus to be welcome in heaven.
In judgement, I will be anxiously awaiting my time with the Lord. I love Jesus with all my heart and can’t wait to be with Him.
It is a great opportunity to live for Christ. It is my reward to have His Spirit in my life. I was given a second chance at life and I am blessed to follow my King.
There is a judgement that will befall everyone after death. It will be either a wonderful day or a terrifying day.
I was once lost and did so many things contrary to the Lord. When He delivered me from my old life I can see how much I must have hurt Him.
We all have our chances in life to follow Jesus. However, many of us simply say that we believe but don’t follow Him. We continue to live a life contrary to the Lord.
The Lord is looking into our hearts each day. He can see the legacy we are leaving behind. He can see the type of parent we are to our kids.
The Lord looks at the heart and knows if we truly love Him. At judgement, all of His followers will enter His joy with enthusiasm.
