Oh Lord, I am so grateful for Your birth. Yes, Jesus, it is a blessing to know that my Messiah did come to earth, in order to save us from our sins. All my life I have been needing a Savior, even though I didn't realize it until I was older. My life was on the rocks for far too long and all this could have changed if I had just looked to You in faith early on. Then would my life have been restored much earlier through Your blood. I know that at this time I missed out on many blessings from above, and I am so sorry for wasting my life as I did. However, I know that You don't hold these past transgressions against me, which fills my heart with love and hope. I know that You can see my life and know the inner beatings of my heart, but I want You to know that I love You so much. Thank You for saving a wretch like me. You've heard my prayers and had compassion for my soul. I've never felt so much mercy and grace until You came into my life. I was so lost in this world, and now I am restored in Your love. Light shines brightly, and I am honored to walk in it. All Your good works are for me and for the welfare of others and I look forward to doing as You say each day of my life. I know that You want to teach me much more through the Bible, prayer, and just seeking You often throughout the day. So thank You for coming down to bring us Your good tidings. Surely, Your teachings are a delight to my soul and others. I love You and give You the praise and glory. Amen.
John 1:15-17 (KJV)
15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.
16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.
17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Jesus came into the world, in order to save us from our sins. There is grace and truth through Christ, our Lord, and Savior.
It is because Jesus died for our sins on the cross that we are saved by grace. Which is a free gift from God to those that believe in Jesus Christ. Continue Reading
