Oh Lord, I pray for restitution in the lives of people that have been lied to and to those people, whom their names have been slandered wrongfully. Truly, there crimes and punishments were in vain...

God is never Ok with lying, for He hates them. All lies are an abomination to God and unless you repent, you are not saved.
God Hates A Lying Tongue
It is when we are truthful to people, is when trust is also built. Now the opposite is when people lie and even jokingly lie and then say sorry sarcastically.
