Praise God. After a year of studying and writing on Psalms, I just finished the last devotional message today with Psalm 150.
Psalm 150:1,2 (KJV)
1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.
2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.
God is mighty and can do all things in our lives. Come to Him in prayer, with an open heart. May the Spirit come into your life.
Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, it is awesome to be in Your presence. To invoke You in prayer brings joy to my life. My heart is moved with compassion towards one another. My desires to live differently is elevated. You help me love one another when my flesh only wants to fulfill its own needs. Thank You for casting out the selfishness from my heart. It is only through You that I can be less proud and more selfless. Lord, Your love helps me know how to show kindness towards others. I would never know how to live this way if You were not leading me. I am safe because You are there by my side. Thank You for coming into my life. It is Your will power that helps me resist temptation. I am so grateful for this time to call upon Your Name. You are worthy. I give You all the praise and honor. All praise to Your holy Name. I love You. Amen.
In your prayers and worship, acknowledge that the Lord is all powerful. He surely is mighty and can do all things for our lives.
