Through we don’t deserve it the Lord extends His love to each of us. He picks us up when we are down. He is so merciful and kind.
Jesus paid the price for our sins. His death on the cross was done that we might live again. We are “justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus”.
It is our faith in Christ that changes our lives. Through the grace of God we have hope for a better day. Our lives are changed and the veil is removed from our eyes.
Oh Lord, my God, how blessed I am to feel Your amazing grace in my life. Â There were many years that I fell away into addiction but You still came for me.
Prove your love for one another and God as you abound in God’s grace. Your humility and kind acts of service will be seen.
Oh Lord, I praise your Name above all Names. Holy, holy is your Name. You stand supreme. Mighty are your works. Worthy is the lamb who died for all mankind.
How amazing God’s Grace is in my life. I was surely a wretched person before I gave my life to Jesus.
The Bible is clear how we are saved. Salvation doesn’t come by way of grace plus works but by grace alone, faith alone.
To receive salvation in Christ is to believe, while showing fruits. This can also be through repentance and good works that God does through us.
It is because Jesus died for our sins on the cross that we are saved by grace. Which is a free gift from God to those that believe in Jesus Christ.
God desires us to find true happiness in life, where righteousness abounds. Not the life of a sinner, who only dwells in darkness.
Do not be deceived into following any teaching from a seducing spirit. Trust in God and read the Bible that you may not be led astray.
Our own works, no matter how good they seem, do more harm than not. This is why a desire to be led by the Spirit of God, and not ourselves, is so important.
It is because the eyes of the Israelite people are darkened is “that they may not see”. In this, do they walk contrary to God and not even realize it.
So as 700 plus or minus years past, this prophesy of John the Baptist’s birth and ministry was finally fulfilled.
Because of Jesus’s birth, light has come into the world, which opened up the salvation to all people.
When we continue to put our trust in God and lean on Him in all situations of our lives, everything tends to work out for the greater good.
Did you know that Luke also refers to Jesus and light in the same reference? In Luke, chapter 2, we hear this from the words of Simeon, a devout man of God, who had the opportunity to hold the baby Jesus first hand.
Before people could receive Jesus as Lord, only angels were called, “the sons of God”. Now, the door is open to us who believe.
